Happy Teachers' Day to all, and then especially for all InfoCarrier faculties who have been with us for a long time, and plus also the future faculties who are undergoing Train the Trainer program. And it's a special occasion for all of us, and every, every year on Teachers' Day Student thank teacher, but this year I want to thank all my students. Okay. And my journey of teaching started when I started learning computer science in my 10th standard. From there onwards, I started teaching people computer for almost for 20 years, and then I shifted my career to the next 20 years, which is my game is on teaching people on project management. And so during this journey, the last 20 years, some of you came for certification, some of you came for doubt. Can I be part of being a project manager and get a global certification? Can I get a new career when I learn this? And people come with a lot of new challenges. Okay. And my role was mentor, simplify complex project concepts. Connect learning with real-world projects and help professionals to think like project managers. But over the years, I realized something. I was, I was not the one who's teaching. Every question you ask made me to think deeper, and every doubt you push me to explain better. And every challenge you shared gave me a new perspective. And every time when you said, GLS, now I got it, it's a motivation for me to become a better mentor. Okay. And when I receive messages, calls like, GLS, I cleared my PMP. And I achieved my targets, and I got a new career. And I have a— my team is saying I'm working differently, and applying this in day-to-day activity, I got new results. And a lot of times people come and say that their family life also got a lot of difference by attending these programs. Okay, and Those moments are very special for me. Okay, those moments are very special for me because of this journey. It's not only about certification, it's about building confidence, leadership, and creating project management mindset for people. Project eventually close, but knowledge does not. When knowledge moves from one person to another person, it continue. And when students become better project managers and impact reaches many more people directly or indirectly, that's how teaching becomes legacy. So on this Teacher's Day, thank you for trusting me. Thank you for asking questions. Thank you for challenging me. And thank you for allowing me to share my experience. And thank you for giving me opportunity to be Your mentor, and you may say JLS was my mentor, but in many ways you made me mentor. Thank you, and happy Teachers' Day. Keep learning. Thank you.
