In this Mama Goddess podcast episode, host Alexandra J. Johnson invites listeners to celebrate their unique, divine nature by using the metaphor that "nature never repeats herself." She argues that just as birds, flowers, and animals each have distinct forms, each person possesses one‑of‑a‑kind gifts that should be embraced rather than compared or forced into conformity. The episode blends inspirational talk with a brief, heartfelt rendition of India Arie’s song “Just Do You,” reinforcing the message to be authentic and create one’s own rules. Alexandra closes with affirmations of love, blessings, and an invitation to connect further via the Mama Goddess website, positioning the show as a guide for vibrant health, motherhood, and living an authentically awesome life.

Welcome to Mama Goddess. I'm your host, Alexandra J. Johnson. This podcast is all about rocking your goddess life, creating vibrant health and celebrating motherhood and family life. It's about living an authentically awesome life. Let's have some fun.
Hello, this is Alexandra. Welcome to Another Optimize plus one. Nature never repeats herself. And the possibilities of one human soul will never be found in another. Elizabeth Cady Statin. The possibilities in your soul will never be found in another. There is only one you. I find it grounding and affirming to be in nature. To witness that nature never repeats herself. To see all the different kinds of birds, insects, flowers, trees, animals, colors, shapes, so much diversity, divinely unique. We get these ideas about what it looks like to be beautiful, worthy, and successful. But does the blue jay compare themselves to the pigeons? No, they just do their thing. Is a rose better than a lily? Is a lion more beautiful than a giraffe? It sounds ridiculous to compare those things. Nature is different, and that's one of the many reasons we love it. Imagine going outside and only seeing one kind of tree or one kind of animal or flower. Weird, right? And sometimes we forget that we are nature, too. Imagine if everyone did the same thing, had the same body, the same style. Boring, right? We all have our one of a kind gifts. Embrace your uniqueness. Don't try to be the same. Don't even try to be different. Just do your best to be you. Because there will never be another you. Nature never repeats herself. When we embody this, we will see that we're in fact, more luminous than we ever thought thought possible. There's so much abundance in nature. There's plenty of space in the world for you to be who you are. If you need a little musical inspiration, listen to Just do you by India Arie. All right, you ready? I'm not a professional singer, but I do love to sing, so I'm going to break this one down for you.
All right, here we go. Just do you Somebody's got to be a star Just do you Somebody's got to raise the bar Just do you Somebody's got to change the game Just do you today if you create the game, then you create the rules. And if you just be you.
There'S.
No way you can lose.
Was that horribly awesome? Yes. Yeah.
All right.
You are one of a kind. You have something valuable to offer to your family, community, and the world. Rock it. Sending you big love and blessings.
