Birth Into Being with Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova
15 Apr 2016 · 62 min
Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova argues that birth trauma begins before delivery, shaped by parents' emotional climate and multigenerational patterns. She frames birth as a shamanic rite of passage that can become spiritual when approached consciously, and says a critical mass of trauma-free births could shift humanity toward peace.

Hello, I'm Alexander J. Johnson, and today's guest is Elena Toneta Vladimirova, and she is one of the pioneers in the birthing field of conscious procreation. She got involved with this work in Russia in 1982, and in 2006, she created a revolutionary documentary called Birth as We Know it, about ecstatic birth and the correlation between birth trauma and the.
Quality of our life.
She travels extensively with her birth into being seminars, publishing articles, giving talks at conferences, and numerous radio interviews. Welcome, Elena.
It is my pleasure to be able to speak with the audience today.
Yes, I am very excited. My husband and I actually watched your movie again last night. We watched it probably three years ago, and now that we are preparing for our family, we. We were very excited and loved watching it again.
So thank you for all of your work. My pleasure. There is nothing else I would rather be doing that's so beautiful.
So what inspires you to do what you do? What inspires you to wake up and do this amazing work every day?
Common sense. It just seems like to be the most obvious, most important, most necessary, most overlooked work on this planet right now. You see, usually a young American person, whether man or woman, is about to have their child right? In the early, middle, late 20s, they would be exposed to over 100 episodes of absolutely horrible births in the movies, in the soap operas, Discovery Channel, stories of their mothers and older sisters and girlfriends. We are highly suggestive species. So when we continuously receive certain message, it's accepted into our psyche as truth, whether it has something to do with truth or not. So the mythology about birth being horrible and difficult and scary and traumatic is just that, a mythology. But because we manifest so much proof of that notion, it seems like it's the reality. But it doesn't have to be. It doesn't have to be. We can actually start creating consciously the image of our arrival to this planet that our species deserves. And I believe that we can change the way we are born, and through that, we can change the way we live. There is such an enormous body of research and knowledge and evidence accumulated that speaks clearly about the correlation between our sensory, emotional, psychological experiences during our formative period and the quality of our perception of the world, our ability to fulfill our basic needs of loving somebody and experiencing being loved. This is due to the mechanism that is Called limbic imprint. Limbic imprint is the automatic non cognitive function that we acquire very, very early in life. That our nervous system absorbs and memorizes all of our sensory experiences. It used to be believed that the birth trauma is only birth related what happens to us during birth. But the more research there is into the neurobiology, into the development of the fetus, the earlier that borderline shifts. And now basically with the latest research, we know that the limbic imprint starts forming throughout every day of pregnancy from the moment of conception, including the moment of conception. And on top of it, this is just fascinating how much we're all interrelated because it's also, it's also up to the quality of the sperm and the egg by the moment of conception, which is defined by the lifestyle, the diet, the emotional kind of sense of well being of both mother and the father in the time prior to the conception. You see what I mean? Basically we're at a loss what time exactly to determine as the beginning of the human body. It's definitely not the birth, it's definitely not even conception itself. Because just imagine that, that the egg that became you was inside your mother's body when she was still in her mother's body. You know those Russian matryoshka dolls, the nesting dolls that go one inside of each other? Yeah, yeah. I think that was the symbol of some kind of deep understanding of how it all fits together. Because the eggs in a baby girl form about halfway through the pregnancy when she is the fetus. So that's the thing, we're all in the family lineage, we're all one inside the other. Which means that the hormonal cocktail that you grandmother was generating was directly feeding the cells of your mother's bodybuilding, which was directly affecting the way your eggs were forming. A deep breath in this one. Yeah. So what creates complications at birth is exactly the complexity of this kind of Matushka effect. Because our bodies maintain the memory of our sensations and that memory has emotional nature. We don't really remember what happened exactly. We remember the feelings about what happened. That's why if you ask few different people witnessing the same event, they would basically say different stories because it depends on what was happening with them at the moment. So with all the research that I've conducted, not academically, but from that common sense perspective, it's that possible complications of birth don't start at birth. They have origins in the emotional, sometimes mechanical, sometimes chemical, trauma of the woman way before she conceived the child. So I believe that if we take care of those origins and neutralize the effect, those effect situations, dramas, challenges had on our emotional body. We sort of pull the chair from under that big energy that is sitting in our field and does not allow us to direct and navigate the flow of energy according to the anatomical and spiritual unfolding of the process of giving birth to a baby. You see, giving birth to a baby is something from. On one hand it's a very kind of logical, anatomical, simple, obvious process of elimination. It's just the body eliminates what doesn't belong in there anymore. It opens the cervix. It's like you don't need to read a book to know how to go to right. The body does it, the cervix open when you relax and it just. Everything that does not belong in there anymore gets out. The birth is basically just a bigger thing that is coming out. But it's as. As simple really. Birth is very simple, like life is very simple. But we have uncanny ability to complicate things. So that's what we need to work with to remove this build up of our addiction to suffering and addiction to complications. So there are many ways of achieving that kind of state of being where birth is very simple.
And how do we go about finding.
Sorry. Yeah, well, I want to complete my thought because I had a point, I promise. My point was that on one hand the birth is very natural, simple process. But on the other hand, the birth is a shamanic journey. And I can say all these beautiful words that it's a rite of passage, that it's initiation into the next level of the woman's evolution. That's when a girl becomes a woman, really when she gives birth, when she is able to surrender to that power of creation, to the divine feminine that is manifesting itself through her. At the moment when she is co creating something that did not exist before. Just think about it. Out of her body is coming, coming out a whole new person. There is nothing, nothing short of miraculous in it. It's sort of our childhood fascination with a magician who pulls a rabbit out of a hat and we clap and how did he do? And here is a woman who is pulling a whole human person out of her own body. It's a very, very powerful experience. And in that moment a woman can really reach for the stars, reach for the depth of her strength and power that she had no idea she possessed. Because there is so many different things that happen with her through her while she is giving birth. And it's very important to actually consciously participate in that shamanic journey and not give it away, and then for the rest of your life, sort of grieve it on some level. Because on some level, every woman that did not have that rite of passage knows that she missed something. She can't put her finger on it, but there is that sadness that continues. It doesn't really go away. So for me, it really makes sense to seize this opportunity and walk into this experience with open eyes, with open heart, with that degree of willingness and surrender that, that only a woman can achieve. In that sense, we, the women, are equipped with, as I call it, shortcut to God. Because in that moment when the womb starts opening, we are directly linked and connected to the source from which we come. Even when it opens a little bit during our monthly flow, it's still that time of precision, of possibility, of the heightened awareness and high consciousness that we can achieve if we train ourselves to approach it gracefully, appropriately, respectfully. So if we can even do it on a monthly basis. Imagine this multiplies thousandfold when it's opening enough to let the baby out. And for the man, that's why most of our spiritual practices are man made. They're created by man, for man, like yoga, like most of the spiritual traditions are about accommodating male hormonal, neurobiological makeup. That a man's body that cannot produce a whole other new human body inside of it, it's missing all the complexity of anatomy and. All the other unseen things that are not any less complex. So for a man, he can experience this journey through a woman, through the birth of his own baby. That would also be his rite of passage and his initiation into manhood. But because he cannot do it himself, he can start spiraling upwards in this birthing vortex if he is free from his own anxiety and open and trusting and brave. So the woman that honors him can take him on this journey with her, or he can go and sit in the cave for 20 years or whatever, do the yogic practices that it requires. So it's. 6 of 1, half a dozen of another. The men can do that, but they're equipped differently and they make up for all those missing pieces by going into their properties of the divine masculine that the male human can possess. They have amazing array of spiritual and mental and physical capacity. It's just very different, very different. What I'm talking about is the participation in the birthing field that could be that upstream, that a man could step into if he is willing and open and if he managed to meet a woman who is willing to invite him In. So we are not discussing the general interrelationships between the divine feminine and divine masculine. I am just talking about the birthing field. So ah, let's take a deep breath and remember what we're talking about. What are we talking about? This is all beautiful. I love that. I love that as you were talking.
About with the man, because I think for a lot of men, and I know men listening to this too, that it's kind of the woman's job or the woman preparing and women's giving the birth. And this is very inspiring for a man to kind of step into that masculine, that he is needed and he can hold that birth space in a beautiful divine masculine way.
I love that. Oh, absolutely, absolutely. And thousands of men who shared with me their experience of delivering their own baby, they would not miss it in a lifetime because they refer to it as the most profound spiritual experience that they ever had in life. That that sensation of being present in the majesty of the source energy manifesting itself into the three dimensional reality. It's the ultimate high. And basically every one of them was reporting that that's when he really fully claimed his male power and felt like a man. Even though there were a lot of other experiences that still was the most powerful one. And there is a lot of talk about men should not be present at birth. And my take on that, it's not about men who should not be present. It's about whoever it is that is driven by their anxiety and their own birth trauma that never was addressed and neutralized. It could be the woman's mother, it could be her best girlfriend or sister or a doctor or even a midwife. So if she's giving birth and she wants to be the most efficient and graceful in it, she has the right to invite into this birthday party only those people who really, really feel comfortable with the birthing field. And it's not gender specific. There are a lot of men that should not be in birth because they are so traumatized from their own birth that the very idea of birth makes them feel nauseous. And, and there is no need to push them into it because if they will be forced to come there, they will actually project their anxiety onto the birthing field and make the whole delivery much longer. The estimated time is between 9 and 15 hours longer if there is a person in the room who is afraid of it. Yeah.
So how does somebody know about their birth trauma? I've seen it in your movie. But for some people that may not know about birth trauma, what is birth trauma? How do we know if we've had birth trauma that needs healing?
Well, it usually shows up that the whole point of this concept is that the birth trauma reflects in specific behavioral patterns throughout our adult life. So if we have some really strange out of normal pattern going on, most likely it has something to do with our emotional experiences during our formative period. Remember I was saying that it's not just the actual birth, how we were born, it's the cumulative kind of cumulative. It's like multidimensional background radiation. It's our basic frequency, our basic settings. So it could be that some really intense emotional conflict was happening between the mother and the father during pregnancy. If they were not meeting each other's emotional needs, that would be reflected in our behavioral pattern in adult life. And that would be considered a birth trauma because the baby inside the mama, the fetus is perceiving that kind of conflict. If she ate something that she was allergic to, if she was smoking or doing drugs, or if she was abused, it all plays into this game. It's quite profound because historically we the people don't really have a very peaceful kind of lifestyle. You know, between all the wars and plagues and starvation and droughts and domestic violence that used to be a norm in our society. It means that most of the pregnancies on this planet Earth were not very peaceful with all the diseases and also even the fact that women were given as brides, as wives, out into the husband's family quite early. So it's one of the big factors was the woman even of childbearing age when she was introduced to her sexual experience and to her first pregnancy. So we have quite messy history, sadly enough. And I know that there are people out there who have amazing set of circumstances and were loved and well fed and nurtured and grew up in a beautiful safe environment. I know that happens. But still it's more of an exception to the rule than the rule. Most of us really have a lot of kinks to work out before we can feel confident that we're not going to hand it down to the next generation. And that's exactly why I'm doing this work. It's a big project to change the way people made on this planet. But that's the thing. Because of this power of limbic imprint to recreate our feelings of insufficient kind of fear based scarcity mentality, if that was in our basic settings from our formative period, it means that we will keep recreating, creating those kind of experiences throughout our life. That's the behavioral Pattern I'm talking about. So basically, with our collective addiction to suffering, there is no technology that can propel humankind into thriving condition. I know there is a lot of talk about breakthroughs in technology, but that's the thing. Any kind of technology, I'm sorry, can be used to harm us too. So it's up to us whether we benefit from it or get more hurt. So what I'm saying is that we need to shift. The way we are perceiving ourselves first, one baby at a time. It's amazing to watch those babies who were not traumatized during their formative period. They have a very clear sense of connection with the planet, with the source from which they came, with themselves. They don't have those kind of debilitating questions. Who am I? What am I doing on this planet? Why am I alive? I was an accident.
You can see it in the eyes too, in your movie.
Absolutely.
You can see the birthday of a natural home water birth. And you look at the eyes, the presence and the godliness is just breathtaking.
Exactly, exactly. And that's the whole point that these babies, when they mature and evolve into adults, they're not going to recreate the degree of misery that humankind is dwelling in at this point. Right now. We have 250 wars going on on this planet. Why are we fighting? Why do we keep fighting? Who needs that? Nobody I know needs that. Nobody you know needs that, but we keep fighting. So what we need to do is just make a new generation of people that don't have addiction to fighting. And that's the thing. They don't have aggression, they don't engage in this my gun is bigger than your gun kind of, kind of squabble. They're compassionate, they love to learn and to have good time. And that's the thing that we can't really convince the warlords of the present day to stop the war. They're not going to. But that's my plan. Because in 20 years, even the warlords that are so powerful, they will get really old. And these new ones, yeah, and these new ones will come into their power. So basically, we are only about 20 years away from heaven on earth. That's beautiful. Yeah. And that's the main message that doing this work for 30 years. I can now say with all my confidence that we actually already have the critical mass of these babies born without trauma. We, the humans, reached the tipping point.
And it's so great too, the birth trauma with, you know, in the womb trauma and then also with the birth from Circumcision to caesarean to all these things in many ways. And people may disagree, but is violent. And of course they're going to act out in violence as they get older. Right? I mean, that's as you're talking about the limbic imprinting. That's their first experience of the world is being picked and prodded and cut.
Yeah, yeah. It's not right. The way it's happening right now. It's not right. So I'm just appealing to your listeners, let's change that. Let's make it right. When we know that it's not working, it's not working. Just look around. Whatever we've been doing is not working. So let's try something else. And what I was saying earlier about reaching the tipping point, what I meant was in terms of this phenomena, are you familiar with the hundredth monkey effect? Yes. Yeah. So I trust your listeners are familiar with it too. There is a certain critical mass of specific behaviors within the group of individuals that reaches the tipping point and then it's non cognitively accepted into the rest of the species. So what I was saying, we reached the equivalent of the hundredth monkey within our human race now with those new babies that are not traumatized. So the end of the world has been canceled.
So what about somebody who's listening to this and they may be new to this idea or new to home birth or natural birth. How does a woman either preparing to have a baby or start a family or is pregnant actually start to be the change that you're talking about? I know this is all about your work and this is what you share.
But what are some.
Advice, some tips, some support that you could give a woman who is wanting to actually start making these changes?
Well, first of all, she needs to educate herself to the importance of this work and the direct implications that this work has on the quality of her experience of being a mother. There is so much information right now online and basically most of the people have access to online and it's just huge. Second. Well, no, first thing, watch my movie.
Yes, I second that.
Watch my movie. The rest will unfold, told magically and automatically. Because you can't help but start wanting to look for more answers to your questions if you have them. And not only the film itself. I actually have the bonus feature that is called director's commentary on my dvd and it has about three times more information than in the actual film. By the way, did you see the director's commentary? I haven't.
I've watched the movie twice and the interviews and all the extra stuff, but I haven't seen that part yet.
Yeah. So director's commentary is packed with quite important information in the most precise, concise, kind of shortcut way. But there is still that much you can do through learning about these things. What really needs to happen is the shift. In the part of the. In the aspect of yourself that is not accessible through cortex, through thinking or talking or knowing about it. Because the cortex was not developed yet when the formative period was already absorbing and memorizing all of your experiences. And given the fact that a woman usually most likely will be giving birth the way she was born, it means that she needs to shift her perspective and find a way of neutralizing the trauma that she possibly had. First of all, of course, if she can't find out, ask her mom or aunties or grandparents how it was, if there is any kind of support from that. Sometimes there isn't. So then she just needs to look at the storyline of her life and see if there is something that is really not working, if there is some sense that she is being held back. So that sense of being held back will show up in birth at some point, usually at 5, 6 cm, opening. There is that moment when everything that can come up will start coming up and create this big pause when we don't really know whether we should proceed with creating new life or not. There is that moment between life and death that it's a very powerful. That's exactly why giving birth is considered to be this rite of passage, because it's almost like the soul comes to a fork in the road and she needs to choose the direction to contract or to expand. So at this point, she will need to know what sustains her decision, if she is making it from the place of power or from the place of victim mentality. And that's why I am calling giving birth a shamanic journey, because it is a shamanic journey. That's why you have to face all your demons and go into this battle to slay the beast. And the beast is your fear of life, your fear of yourself, of being who you are truly in the most powerful expression of your soul's purpose for this procreation kind of experience.
And then you recommend doing that before the birth. And can you. If you hint that spot, you know you're saying, or you have that question and it's victim or power in the process of birth, can you move through those emotional barriers through that?
Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. It's also much easier to do it because there is Nothing fixed in the woman's system when she's pregnant. It's very easy and fast to do during pregnancy because everything in her body is in transition. Nothing is very attached and anchored. Every system is being sort of in a lucid, pliable kind of state of being. So that's a perfect time to really kind of do the spring cleaning in a big way. Because normally in our daily routine, in our kind of schedules and being busy and constantly meeting some deadlines and feeling that we are running out of time, you know, it's really hard to stop and take a good look. Is it even the right direction we're going in? But pregnancy creates that kind of natural pause when we can really slow down and evaluate and have a good look. So in that moment, and especially during birth. Especially during birth, if you ask yourself a question, what's holding me back? And just go into that place of stillness, the answer will come up. And of course, in the best case scenario, is to do it not only before giving birth, but before even conceiving a child. Because it's affecting the rest of your life when you remove that frozen energy that has been holding you back. That's the whole experience of conception would be also different. And for those women who cannot conceive, they all of a sudden are able to conceive. I don't work directly with infertility, but see, so many women over the years came to my workshops, and then I would hear from them that they got pregnant right after the course. It's basically when you remove that lid that squishes you in a small space of that basic settings, then the life force assumes its natural flow, and what needs to happen, happen. Of course, there is more to the story than this format of this interview can cover. But it's true not only about creating a baby, but true with any kind of creative process, Whether it's creating a book or new relationships or a garden, Whatever it is that needs to be created is being created from that place where our ability to create is flowing through. And the flow of that energy is defined by. Our limbic imprint. It's really that basic. I'm working with it for so long that at this point, when I look at somebody's artwork, I can basically tell how they were born. Yeah, it's really amazing how omnipresent that effect of basic settings. I call limbic imprint, our basic settings. You know, the same way any computer or camera have basic settings that defines the what you can do with that camera or that computer. So it makes sense to me to start making new people with limbic imprint that involves deep sense of well being and nurture and love and being welcomed. And this is probably the most basic, necessary but not very common sensation of safety of being born so beautiful.
And I'm curious about.
With the safety.
And all of these things and the love and the nurturing. Like as mothers and as parents, everyone wants to have a healthy and happy and flourishing child. And there might be a tendency to want to do everything perfectly. And I love in your movie and in your work you talk about that anything that has happened, any trauma that love can essentially heal, heal at all. So can you just talk a little bit on the desire for perfection and how we can allow love to heal in any sort of trauma that has occurred?
Yeah, that's another big topic because basically what you see in the movie is, is Russian birthing Olympics. It's a group of people that really went all the way in their quest for achieving this birth that would not reflect their own birth trauma. Because birth in Soviet Union was so horrible. And we really wanted to break that spell. But what we are finding out now is that the babies that are born now, It's an upgraded version of us, somehow, somehow they are getting away now with lots of circumstances that previous generations were not able to get away. I don't know how the species really evolves and adjusts to the environment. But what I'm seeing is that sometimes now babies who were even born with sea C section are still amazingly present and alert and are not displaying many of the symptoms of severe trauma that C section actually is. And I think the main. Well, it's not actually what I think there is a lot of research about it is that the main ingredient in the baby's ability to cope with a degree of stress is the emotional safety of the relationship between the father and the mother. So if there is the field of love and safety between the parents, if there is some degree of safety, certainty and well being, the baby can relax. You see, we, by design, I don't know whatever that supreme intelligence that created our bodies, we can call it whatever names we can, but it's pretty obvious that a human body did not come about as a random kind of random occurrence. There is some kind of intelligence behind putting that body so miraculously together. So that supreme intelligence really did not overlook such a basic function of that miraculous body as procreation. And out there in the wild before we had villages and homes with doors that could be locked out there in the wild, there was no guarantees. The life in the Open is pretty unpredictable. There is an element, there is predators. So basically we can cope with quite a bit of the stress hormone in the bloodstream. But it seems like lately that ability is being adjusted. We can actually deal with a lot more of the stress. I don't know. We are adjust as a species because I see so many babies that were born through emergency C section, not through elective C section, when the baby did not really signal the kind of the ripeness, the readiness to come out, you know that the baby signals the beginning of birth, right? Yeah. So we need to honor the baby's timing. You know, the baby really needs to complete the gestation. So if we interrupt it and schedule C section two weeks earlier, then the baby never had a chance to complete, you know, some pieces. So in case of C section, when a woman really tried to give birth first, when all the necessary systems had a chance to be activated inside the baby's body, the digestive system, the respiratory system, the zest for life system, that doesn't really have a word in medical terms, but it's a very, very important surviving mechanism that needs to be triggered by labor. So in that situation, the C section is actually perceived as positive limbic imprint when help came, when it was necessary. And there is gratitude and there is sense of kind of adventurous, relaxed attitude that, yeah, I can go and explore, but when I will get stuck, somebody will come and bail me out.
And that has a lot to do with the mother.
Right? The mother had that attitude. Right. And also these days there is such concept as conscious C section. Conscious C section is when it's obvious that it's necessary. But the delivery team is informed about the mother's wishes. For example, quiet room, that there is no noise in the room, that there is no bright light. Of course, we need to have enough light to be able to see clearly. But it doesn't have to be 150,000 sunlight kind of blasting in the room. It doesn't have to be that shocking for the baby. And even that sensory experience of the baby coming out from the darkness into the bright light is very intense. But then the baby can be also so kept with the mother and introduced to skin to skin. And they don't have to cut the cord right away. So it can be arranged that something that is not the ideal still has the softness and sense of safety in it when the baby is being handled respectfully after it's removed from the mother's body. And also, we can't really take the birth out of the context of life. And If I Learned anything in 30 years of my work in this field is that there is no accident in the way we come and go, what we do in between. There is a lot of creative kind of self propelling, choice making activity. But the way we come and go is somehow logically correlates to our soul's agenda. And it's not only up to the mother how the baby is born. Some babies require the basic settings of the challenge for them to complete their soul's journey. Do you understand what I'm saying? Yeah. Yeah.
That's a very empowering way for mothers.
To look at that.
It's not all on the responsibility of the mother, that it's a partnership.
She has to remember that she's not the only one doing the birth. The baby is an equal player in it. The baby is an equal player. So the baby's birth is in accordance with what there is in store. And the mother really doesn't have a way of knowing what's in store. So there is, if there is any guideline is be conscious and pay attention and do the best you can. And that's the only thing you can do the best you can.
Surrender. I know you talk about that as well, just surrendering to the process.
Surrender. And of course that's part of doing the best you can. Do the best preparation you can and don't put any more pressure on yourself. Because actually the biggest aspect of breath preparation is learning to relax, which is.
Challenging for us modern women.
Exactly. It's sort of contradiction in terms that it feels like we need to do something. But what needs to be done is learning to relax. In the midst of all the images, intensity of what's going on. We just need to find a way to drop into that center of gravity, into the core of our stillness and relate to that intensity from that place. That is basically what we need to do. Everything else is just the tools of achieving that result. Because when we cannot relax, there is a reason for that. There is a reason that kind of drives us and generates the anxiety and feeling of being unprepared and not trusting the body and feeling that I need to be doing something. That's the thing. A cat doesn't really go to classes and read books. When it's time to give birth, she just crawls under the bed and gives birth. So in a sense it's a contradicting message I'm giving, but it's not really, it's not really, if you know how to do something to remove the obstacle for your ability to Relax, that's what you need to do. Everything else is arbitrary. And in my courses, I figured out the shortcuts because I work with pregnant people and people who are maybe in their last trimester. All the years that I'm working with the birthing field, I was looking for the most efficient, most productive, shortest techniques that give the biggest interest on invested time. So I did come up. You do anything for 30 years, you're going to come up with something, right? So the program that I have put together, in my estimation, is very, very effective. It just helps to completely rewire the way the nervous system works. And from that place you can give birth to a baby or to anything you need to give birth to. But it's really hard to explain because the main premise is that we need to shift our consciousness into a slightly altered state of being because the trauma did not happen in the cognitive state of being, we need to sort of turn it off and go into that place where we actually experience the original sensory overload. So when you get into this place, then you just revise your options and choose the ones you need. And that's achieved through sequence of experiences, very specific movements, specific breathing, different kind of specific movement and breathing. And it takes the first kind of the first level, so to speak, of the impact takes two days, it takes 16 hours. But then there is different levels of depth. And even in the first level, we cover a lot of ground. Rewriting the script of the journey that we had. But I'm sure there is a lot of other techniques and practitioners who offer help and support in that journey. So whatever a woman can find around her.
