Jesus has given you an assignment. It's called the Great Commission, but many in the body of Christ are unsure how to do it. Did you know most believers never lead another person to Christ? Many Christians struggle with what to say or how to witness. If this is you, maybe you're trying too hard. Did you know Jesus promised his work would be light and easy? Read it in Matthew 11:29-30. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart. And you will find rest for your soul. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Jesus gave you the Great Commission and a promise it would be light and easy. Before I tell you my solution, I want to remind you what God did after Adam ate the forbidden fruit. Genesis 3:21. Also for Adam and his wife, the Lord God made tunics of skin and clothed them. God knows you need to wear clothes every day. Heck, he started— heck, he started the clothing industry. What if you could combine your need for clothes with the Great Commission? I want to introduce you to the Truth Signature, the most powerful clothing line in the world. The Truth Signature combines the Word of God with the will of God. God sent his Son to save the world. John 3:15. 16-17, "That whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved." Remember, Jesus told you what to do. The truth signature helps you become a doer of the word. The truth is based on the Bible, so we use God's Word to help you witness. Here's our light and easy solution. See what I did there? Called Prayer, Wear, and Share. But before I tell you about this simple method, let me ask you a quick question. Do you like getting those robo calls or telemarketing calls from people interrupting your day? No one does. But isn't that what you're doing when you try to witness to Jesus to someone who isn't asking? Aren't you acting more like a telemarketer than Jesus? You're interrupting their life without their permission. Did you ever see Jesus in the Bible witness to anyone? Who can hear the good news and will be able to respond? John 6:44, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day." Sounds like God must draw a person to himself before they can be saved. One more question: Do you think you love a person more than God? I believe God loves each of his children exponentially more than you or I can ever love anyone. Jesus says it's impossible to come to God unless God is drawing the person to himself. God sent his Son so none should perish. But you and I both know some people do die without accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Jesus came to save the world, but there are some in your life who are not ready to hear the good news or will not listen. So let's go back to Light 'n Easy. From now on, you let God be God and you be his child. It's not your job to save anyone. It's your job to proclaim the good news to people he is drawing to himself. Jesus said, "Do not give what is holy to dogs, nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet and turn and tear you in pieces." That's Matthew 7:6.
