All right.
Clock is ticking. Less than two weeks to go until Valentine's Day. So it's time to continue to think about and really figure out what you're gonna do for that perfect gift to celebrate your valentine. Or maybe even your Galentine.
That's right.
Oh, yeah.
It's our three new style contributor Hallie Abrams. Is Abrams.
Yes. Abrams, yes.
Making sure I got it right. Thank you. Is back. She's always has picked out some of the perfect gifts for anybody on your list here. Even better. They are all from some of our favorite local brands and stores. Because we want to support all of.
Those businesses, we do.
Talk to us about what we've got.
Okay, well, I mean, Valentine's Day, right. So it's time for us to either drop some hints or get gifts for ourselves.
Right? You mean they don't know themselves? No.
Well, we're putting it out there for them too. So flowers, right? Roses. These are from Stems Floor, which is in Cleveland Heights. They're in the historic Rockefeller Building. So Scott, the owner, actually started an interior design in New York and then moved back to Cleveland. And his pieces are just beautiful. They range from $75 up to $210. And they come in different color options. Some are even like ombre roses.
And they just.
It smells so delicious. I'm not mad.
I have to stand here because I'm getting the full effect. And I love the design with the green popping off of these.
Yes. It's not typical. You can tell they were not picked up at the grocery.
Right.
I love the way that they've wrapped the leaves underneath.
Yes. Just beautiful.
Very smart.
Then. Okay. We were talking about going to a spa. Sacred Hour Wellness Spa. They have multiple locations. And I know in Lakewood and Rocky river they have all the things you would think of at a spa. Right. You want to get a massage. Those start at around $70, I think. Facial. But then they have this Korean scrub. What?
What?
Uh huh. That's sort of their signature thing. It's a Korean scrub. You can do it as couples. And it's very authentic. It's come from a Korean bath.
So I have questions.
Okay, that's good.
I'm like, I don't understand scrub for couples.
You'll get this one though. And at the spa, they also have a bar and lounge. So after you're done. There we go. Yep. I knew that would get you.
Okay.
Okay. So then what is Valentine's Day without chocolate?
Gotta have chocolate.
And are you even from Cleveland if you don't know Malley's I say no. Right. Family owned sandwiches since the 1930s. Every different price point. There's 19 locations and yeah, I'm trying to decide if I want the one with the caramel or the chocolate rose or, you know, biting into the box where you get to say like, oh, what's in this one? And seeing. Yeah, that's always fun.
I always go for the peanut butter. Cause I figure there's like protein involved and that's more healthy. That's right.
That's balanced.
There we go.
It's a balanced diet.
Yep.
Totally. Jewelry, jewelry.
Best friend.
Right? Right. So what I really like here is we did some fine jewelry and we did some costume jewelry.
Excellent.
Okay, so here we have Gina Paige designs. That's costume jewelry. It's beautiful. I love the XO and the pearls. All very Valentine's Day esque. Anywhere from $70 to about $100. She has a website and is local and also does some trunk show pop ups.
So.
Right. So you can get her stuff that way.
So you can actually have her to your house too. A trunk show. And have your significant other just casually walk in.
Possibly. I'm not sure her schedule, but that is a really, really good.
Here's my wish list.
Right? Exactly, exactly. And then these beautiful pieces are from Porter Fee, which is in Rocky River. That is a showroom that focuses on fine jewelry. And what they did is they really want to take the stigma out of. You know that feeling you get sometimes when you go into a jewelry store where you're like, oh, it's too fancy.
That's what I was afraid of.
They say, luckily it won't break.
Well, no, they're okay. Nothing broke.
We're all good.
See, that's the way to really.
If you have a.
They're hearts.
Yeah, they are. So this is really cool. Everything there is 14 karat or 18 karat gold. Right.
Very pretty.
And this actually is white topaz. So it is a fine gem, but at the same time it's less expensive than diamonds.
All right, Helly, I've got to ask because your sweater looks so cute. And we've got these two sweaters over here at the end that are just.
I did not plan it. Wink, wink. Okay, so these things are from Sanity, which is in Chagrin Falls. Great little boutique open seven days a week. They're very trend focused, so their things change very often. Almost everything there is like $150 or under. And I think this sweater is so cute. Do you see the little heart buttons?
Heart. Adorable.
I wanna say that's about 108, I think. And then it looks like a skirt, but it's really pants. It's like a palazzo pants.
Oh, that's nice.
And that's a $70 range.
Love that.
And then jeans and a hot pink right at just feels like especially I think, if you want to wear it to work, but you don't want to be overtly Valentine. That's the way to go.
Hallie Abrams, as always, amazing ideas from right here in Northeast Ohio. We appreciate it.
Love it. Thanks for having me.
I think all of these things would be perfect for this weather. I mean, we've got the sweater, we've got the accompanying necklaces, Jason, We've got snacks, flowers, you name it.
