Well, bathing suit season is here. Spring breaks are happening and then pools are gonna open in just about six weeks. Think about that. Even though we are happy for the warmer weather, this is also a time when body confidence can be at an all time low. But in today's Mom Squad, our style correspondent Hallie Abrams talks about which trends will cover you up but are still current. From a trend perspective. I've been seeing a lot of one shoulder asymmetric, some cutouts, some strategic cutouts. So maybe like a cutout in the back or something that doesn't feel too risque. Halle's on the podcast today telling us which brands are her favorites, what type of bathing suits to invest in. And then Holly and Carmen are also joining me to talk about how women feel the pressure to shape up. They feel self conscious, but what we can also do about it. And Mom Squad POD is available wherever you get your podcasts. But this was an interesting conversation. I feel like, Holly, we didn't just talk about like, ooh, which suit is cut and whatever. We were talking about having that confidence on the beach, making sure that you are mentally healthy about approaching swimsuit season, that nothing has to be absolutely perfect. No. And we should be able to enjoy our vacations. Right? Right. We were saying that it's true. I mean, the younger generations are wearing barely anything. Right. So it's kind of finding that happy medium because I think it's okay for us to still feel that bikinis are okay, to be proud of your shape and size. Whatever. Yes.
