Short YouTube conversation where two speakers demonstrate using a measuring tape (or one’s body) to find the right sports skirt or dress length for activities like pickleball, tennis, and golf. They give concrete reference points (e.g., speaker A’s preferred skirt length ~13.5 inches, an example dress measured ~31–32 inches on the website and estimated ~14.5" skirt-length equivalent), discuss using fingertip position as a quick body-based guide, and note features like built-in shorts and bras in active dresses.

I love a measuring tape.
It is one of the first things I will use with a client or.
Ask them to get because you get so much information from this, especially when it's in an area that might not be like your regular area. So for me and for many people, right, your pickleball stuff, your tennis stuff, your golf stuff, that's not what you're always shopping for.
So you might not know like what.
Is the right length of things. And for me, I will tell you, most of my skirts are like a 13 and a half inch skirt. So that's like my sweet spot. But with a dress it gets more complicated because if you look on the website, it doesn't tell you like where it is. It tells you the length from here. So I wanted to show you how to find that length so that you too know and can find the right length, the right piece for you.
Okay.
Okay. So you start usually like where this seam is and then have it hang down. And I'm thinking that probably says Something in the 31 is region 31, 32, something like that. And I think on the website it says it's like 31 and a half or 32. So to me, this is probably an inch longer. So this would probably be like a 14 and a half inch long if you're talking about skirt length. And I just think that's again, helpful information when you're trying to get dressed. I don't like my stuff to be like super here. And I also don't really want it like all the way down there. For me, it's a sweet spot. The other thing you can do is use your body as your measurer. Okay. So I might have to do this in the mirror.
For me, the tip of my like pointer finger is sort of the right place on my body for the skirt to hit. So I would not have been dress coded in high school. That's kind of what I'm telling you. You want the dress coding part and but you can't use that measurement when you're shopping online. So you need the actual measurement of it. And as a side note, can we talk about how cute this little dress is? And I love that there's shorts that are underneath that can hold the ball and they're separate. So when you need to go potty, it's easy. I love this. And there's like a built in bra, but I'd probably wear a second bra if I was really doing like golf, maybe not pickleball. Oh, I run my ass off for pickleball. I would totally need a second bra.
