I am so excited to share this with you. So I know I've been like dropping hints here and there, like I'm on a health and wellness journey. And again at turning 55, I spent the last year, year and a half sort of figuring out my health, my wellness, what practitioners I want to work with. And it's still a journey. I've been working with a nutritionist. I've been finding out some things about my thyroid not fully ready to share because I haven't settled. Like I'm talking to different practitioners to sort of figure out who the right match is for me. Excuse me. In terms of endocrinologist, functional doctor, all these things. But as we all sort of know, being a woman, a middle age, a midlife woman, I don't like middle aged midlife woman. Increasing protein is a big deal. I definitely don't get enough of it. And I don't think we need to be like protein, protein, protein, like the gym bros. But I like to find ways that are easy and tasty. I'm not a big protein shake person or powder, that kind of thing. So my friend Allison told me about this. I'm so excited. I just made it and it's delicious. So there are these like high protein bagels and I made them with gluten free flour because one of the things I am trying to do is gluten free. Again, this is like a whole other conversation. But wait, I gotta find one. Oh my gosh. They're like good. Like I just was eating it plain. I would put butter on it. I toasted a half and put peanut butter and jelly on it and it was delicious. And it's satisfying my like wanting carbs. And also because it's made with cottage cheese, there is a fair amount of protein in it. So flipping delicious. Like it's easy and it's good. Like really good. I probably have poppies in my teeth, but I'll take it.
