Are you like 98% of my first-time styling clients where you're struggling with what shoes to wear, especially in spring when the weather changes? Girls, I've got you covered. Let's talk about it. Springtime and fall, for that matter, are like this shoe purgatory time. It's not boots weather and it's not quite sandals weather yet. So what do you wear in the spring so you're just easy, it's covered, you're good, you feel weather appropriate? And you also feel comfortable. Let's go through it. Sneakers, always a fan favorite. I like the idea of a sneaker with some color, especially if you already have a white pair. A low profile like this works well with a crop pant. It also looks beautiful with a wider leg, fuller pant. We've been hearing so much about loafers lately. I love this kind where it has the ruching at the front. It looks like a more designer pair. These are by Tony Bianco and they're fabulous and super comfortable. I picked brown because brown is like the it color. You'll see that's basically a theme here. A mule is always great. You can just throw it on. These are a little bit jeweled and bedazzled, but they do come in a solid, or you can also find other brands, and I'll make sure to link them for you. But a mule is really good because your toes are covered but you have air conditioning in the back, if you know what I mean. A woven ballet flap— this is more of a Mary Jane style. And even though I trashed on those sneakers that are like ballet sneakers, I do like a Mary Jane with a very subtle narrow strap. It doesn't cut your foot off in that yucky way, and again, you get air conditioning but your toes are covered. I've had these for a few years and I love them. I think I was one of the early adopters of this glove shoe. They're fabulous. I love them in suede. I love them— there's higher priced versions, lower priced versions, but they just look cool with everything. These are my cool girl shoes, by the way. This is another sort of glove shoe look. That are insanely comfortable. If you have bunions, they're fabulous because it's a really buttery soft leather. I like the elongated toe box, and I really like how these add detail but they don't chop up your foot. And then this is the heeled version of a glove shoe, so it's a very subtle heel. I like how the heel is wide, so if you live in a city or walk in a city, you're not getting your heel caught in the crack of the cement. And they look good with dresses as well as pants. 7 shoes that will help you walk through spring with style and ease.
