In this solo styling video, Hallie Abrams shares the five jewelry pieces she relies on to simplify getting dressed for herself and her one‑on‑one styling clients. She describes each item—the chunky gold hoop earrings, a versatile Y‑shaped necklace, diamond tennis bracelets, a statement ring, and a large bobble (or tassel) necklace—explaining how they can be dressed up or down, layered, and adjusted to suit different necklines or outfits. Abrams emphasizes the balance between classic staples (hoops, tennis bracelets) and newer trends (bobble and tassel necklaces), encouraging viewers to pull existing pieces from their wardrobes and consider adding the newer styles for a fresh look.

The five pieces of jewelry that will make getting dressed easier for you. This is what I swear by, for myself as well as my personal one on one styling clients. Okay, first of all, a pair of gold hoops, like a chunky ish kind of pair that you're going to see, right? They are not hidden, but they're not so big and they're not so small. And you can dress them up, you can dress them down. I wear this with sweats and I wear it to go out, but you see that they're there. That's the key. Second, a Y necklace. What is a Y necklace? See how it goes in a Y and then it goes down. This little doodad comes on and off. But this is what's great about it. I like a Y necklace because right now I want it to hit here. But if I wanted to, and I had like a button up and I wanted it to hit really deep, I could do it like this. It can sit anywhere on my decolletage, even do it like this. So it gives you a lot of variety with one piece. And it layers beautifully. Three diamond tennis bracelets. They're classic. I had this one probably from when I was first married, and I've recently pulled it out and I love it. I love how the platinum and the gold play together. I love the little bit of sparkle. And you can wear it dressed up, you can wear it dressed down. A statement ring. I happen to like lots of statement rings, in case you can't tell. But just having one, it could be a family heirloom, be inexpensive, it could be expensive. It just adds a little bit of interest and fun to your outfit. A big bobble statement necklace. These are the new kids on the block. I'm personally obsessed. I think they look so cool. If you feel like this size bead is too big for you, you can do have the same look with a smaller bobble. This is so my Mrs. Roper era and I love it. Tassels. You're going to see a lot of it. There's just something. It's textural. It's cool. It breaks up the girls because there's something hanging down in the middle. You can do it higher. I could wrap this double. That's. I would say the baubles and the tassel are the newest ones that you're going to see. You're gonna. It's like really gonna freshen things up. The other ones are more like classic pieces. So jewelry. Those are. You probably have some in your wardrobe already that it's time to like break them out. And if you're looking for new ones, I'd say the tassel and the bobble are the ways to go.
