I think the biggest opportunity in commercial real estate in 2025 lies in these three asset classes. The first one is industrial. With all the onshoring and the tariffs and the move to bring manufacturing back to America, this is going to create massive demand for large manufacturing warehouses throughout the country. The second asset class I really like in 2025 is build to rent and affordable housing. Build to rent is super important where these developers can come in and they could build townhomes or build single family homes that are meant to be rented out and after the development is complete. So affordable housing I think is going to be a huge boom and super important throughout the United States in 2025. The third asset class I see a huge opportunity in is office. So many office buildings are vacant. We have vacancies around 20% throughout the United States. For those investors who have a large appetite for risk, they can scoop up these old office buildings that are in prime locations for pennies on the dollar at a huge discount and repurpose them to mixed use or other strategies to really bring these buildings up to their highest potential and turn them into cash flowing assets again.
