Hannah Hammond recommends three books for scaling income in 2026: 10X Is Easier Than 2X for audacious goal-setting, Who Not How for delegation, and Think and Grow Rich for mastering mindset. She argues that shifting from "how do I do this?" to "who can do this for me?" helps founders build the right team and accelerate growth.
Chapters
These are the 3 books that I'd read if I wanted to scale my income the fastest in 2026. Number 1 is 10X Is Easier Than 2X. This completely reframes your thinking to think in a 10X mindset. What would I have to accomplish if I were to set a goal to 10X my business in 3 years instead of over 10 years like most people do? The second book is Who Not How. As a scrappy type A entrepreneur, I always thought that I had to do absolutely everything on my own, and I know so many entrepreneurs that feel the same. And this book, Who Not How also completely rechanged my frame to instead of trying to figure out how to do everything that I want to do, I need to figure out who do I need to bring into my team and who do I need to know in order to do the things that I want to do. And the third book is Think and Grow Rich. Your mindset is everything. And I know this book is well known and I know people mention it a lot, but it's one to read and reread and reread because your reality starts with your thoughts. Whatever you think you can create, whatever you think about doing, doing is what you're ultimately going to end up doing in your life.
