Me. Just working harder isn't what changed my business. It was when I realized that I needed to find the who to figure out the how. And that who wasn't necessarily me. So if you want to grow your business and scale your business and not just bring on more work for yourself, you need to zoom out, spend time to actually work on your business, not in your business. When I started doing this, it really allowed me to start to see the activities that I was doing that weren't my unique gift, weren't my highest and best use of time, and start to identify that I was the roadblock in being able to grow my business. And so instead of trying to figure out how to do things, I started asking myself, who do I need to find to do this task where? This is their unique gift so I can focus specifically on my genius, delegate the rest, do what I do best, and be able to scale my company. So I'm still in that process. I have big dreams, I want to scale big, and hopefully you do too.
