This is a YouTube video titled "Don't make this mistake.. 😅This interview we talked about SO MUCH you do NOT want to miss." containing an English interview excerpt recorded in July 2025. The speaker shares a personal experience about hiring an ad agency for a real estate brokerage launch, discussing the challenges and costs associated with advertising.

The only time I had worked with an ad agency in the past was when I first launched my real estate brokerage. I didn't know anything about ads. I hadn't read any books. I just hired the first random ad agency that popped up. I ended up signing a 12 month, $100,000 contract, and I didn't get one closing out of it. Then I was like, screw ads and this and that. Should have got results for sure. Yeah, but ad, I mean, I think it's so difficult to master and it's so expensive and the money can be wasted so fast. Oh, yeah.
