This is a short excerpt from a YouTube interview featuring Hannah Hammond (uploaded by Hannah Hammond, recorded June 10, 2024). In response to a prompt asking what one piece of advice she would give the world, Hammond quotes Steve Jobs ('here's to the misfits... the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones who do') and emphasizes being vulnerable, authentic, and following what brings joy and energy.

The whole world could see it. Eight billion people. One thing you've learned, maybe. Piece of advice. What would you want everybody to know?
Steve Jobs quote, here's to the misfits, the rebels, the crazy ones, the round pegs and the square holes. And then the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones who do. The biggest insult you could tell me is that I'm just like everybody else. Be vulnerable. Put yourself out there. Be authentic to who you are and follow the things that truly like, bring you joy, bring you energy. Otherwise, there's no point. What is the point of it all?
