I started with zero, and my first check was $36,000. I put $20,000 down on a property. The ball started snowballing from there.

You were how old?

18.

So you made at 1836 grand, and you had the wherewithal to put 20 of it down on the property?

Yeah.

Everyone give her an applause. Oh, my God. Did you cross collateralize that equity? Did you use the equity to go buy something else?

Neither. I just made more money, and I used my more money to go buy another property. That allowed me to continue to cash a larger amount on that asset so I could start building up passive income, because I wanted. I really wanted the cash flow. I've always had a big fear of losing it all, you know, and going back to having nothing. And so I always was very careful to not over leverage.
