Hannah Hammond would put all her money into data centers and industrial real estate. AI demand for data storage is surging, new capacity takes years to build, and industrial assets stay resilient through economic cycles.
Hannah Hammond.
Hey, what's up?
Real estate question for you. If you were to choose one class of real estate to invest in and put all of your money in, what would that be?
Right now, data centers, industrial real estate.
Really? Why?
Well, with AI and technology, we need so much data storage and we're going to continue to need so much data storage. With the advance of AI and modern technologies, the need for data storage is extensive and we can't build fast enough. So I see a huge opportunity in data storage. I'm leaning into financing. Data storage projects. And I'm super excited for the future. But yeah, I love industrial. It's a very resilient asset class. I think there's a massive demand for it. And it's my favorite right now.
