Retail real estate is where you traditionally get your real estate license. Start building up your network of retail buyers. That would be your home buyers, home sellers, generally families, investors, fix and flippers, everything like that. You're going to be licensed. You're going to have to follow rules and regulations from the department of real estate, and you're going to have a fiduciary responsibility to your clients. So a lot of wholesalers generally like to not get licensed because it can be a little bit of a gray area.
