Making Money Won’t Fix What’s Broken Inside—Don’t Fill The Void With Success

In this solo monologue, Hannah Hammond reflects on how achieving financial success and external accomplishments failed to heal her deep feelings of unworthiness and emotional pain. She explains that she attempted to fill internal voids with money, over‑achievement, and external validation, but realized that no amount of wealth could resolve the underlying trauma, shame, guilt, and resentment she had been suppressing. Hammond describes turning inward and undertaking intensive inner work—including meditation, plant‑medicine ceremonies, breathwork, reading, workshops, trauma therapy, and EMDR—to uncover and process these layers. She asserts that everyone carries some level of trauma, and by reconnecting with her body, learning self‑love, and operating from a place of passion, wholeness, and abundance, she experienced a more rapid, enjoyable, and abundant growth in her business and finances. The core message is that genuine, sustained success stems from healing internal wounds rather than merely accumulating external wealth.
