What kind of skills do you need to be successful? First thing is emotional intelligence. If you can't control your emotions, then you're not gonna be able to have a lot of great outcomes in your life because you're gonna probably get emotional and make decisions that probably aren't the best to accomplish what you want to accomplish. Second thing is sales. If you want to build a business and build relationships, you have to be good at selling, which in my opinion just means good at relationships, good at communication, the ability to understand what value you can bring to other people because your income is a direct correlation. The amount of the value that you provide to other people and the size of the problems that you're able to solve. The third thing is capital raising. If you can learn how to raise capital for your projects, for your business, and for even other people, that opens up the doors for you to be able to really scale something that you wanna scale.
