Hannah Hammond's mentor taught her to stop doing everything herself by focusing only on her highest-value work and hiring out the rest. The advice: "the tip of the arrow is what kills the animal." Delegation, not perfectionism, is what actually scales a business.

This limiting belief held me back for years until I finally let it go and that was that. I had to do everything myself. I used to think that nobody could do it better than me. Nobody would understand my business. I'd have to spend more time trying to teach somebody or that I had to figure it out and learn it all on my own. And then I learned the concept from Ben Hardy called who not how and realized you can never scale a company or reach your highest potential if you're trying to do everything yourself or even trying to figure out how to do everything yourself. Go find the who to figure out the how focused on what you do best. One of my mentors said the tip of the arrow is what kills the animal. So you want to be only doing activities that are your very tip of your arrow and everything else you hire out. So do what you do best and hire out the rest.
