You talk about the four words to never say in sales. I hear a lot of sales people in every industry, they're like, well, just to be honest with you, George. Or honestly, what I would do is the problem with saying that is subconsciously you just told them that you're not always honest. Think about it. Well, just to be honest with you implies that you're not being honest all the time. You're seeding in their brain that you're not an honest person. And does that build trust or lower trust? I'd rather be the angel, like, just so you're aware or just so you know, say doesn't do anything.
