Hannah Hammond starts each day with a 10-10-10 practice: 10 minutes of meditation, 10 minutes of reading, 10 minutes of journaling. She adds a 1.5-hour workout, sets daily intentions, and does a random act of kindness. At night she reviews what worked and what didn't.

It's called the 10-10-10 from the founder of the Oak Journal. It's 10 minutes of meditation or breathwork, 10 minutes of reading, and 10 minutes of journaling. I do gratitude every day. I do a random act of kindness every day. I set my intention for the day, and then I journal, starting your day with the intentions and the gratitude and the meditation and clarity, and then going and working out for an hour and a half and then coming back. And then at the end of the day, I journal like a win review, like what's working, what isn't working, and what needs to change. If you have every day with clear intention and gratitude and kindness, everything just falls into place very beautifully versus just running around not knowing where you're going. Right. Because if you don't know where you're going, then any road will get you nowhere.
