So is it better to invest in the stock market or into real estate? Well, me personally, I always choose real estate. I have done my fair share of stocks over the years, and I do have some stocks and trade in the S&P and some few individual AI stocks. But ultimately, I like real estate way more because of multiple reasons. The first reason is your ability to use leverage. If you want to go buy a million-dollar property, you don't actually need a million dollars of cash, versus if you go buy a million dollars of stocks, you need a million dollars of cash. But to buy a million-dollar piece of real estate, you only need around $200,000 to $250,000 of cash, and then you get the appreciation on the whole million dollars of real estate. And you can have a tenant paying rent for that valuation of the property, and they're paying your mortgage. So your value of debt is going down over time due to inflation. Your asset price is going up and your cash flow is increasing over time. And that way it's actually putting money in your pocket every month.
