Sales, especially in real estate. High ticket sales is one of the easiest way to make large amounts of money, right versus going and working a salary where you're you're on a fixed income and you're trading your time for money right Versus in real estate you could spend the same amount of time on one deal that makes you 300,000 in commission versus a deal that makes you 8,000 in commission. And so it's really nice to be able to one, be a real estate professional so you can take advantage of the tax advantages that real estate professionals have that other people don't. And then two, you can earn large amounts of earned income income in the real estate space from sales and then you could use that income to go invest in real estate assets to start to actually build your wealth, build your passive income and then get the depreciation on those assets as well so you can compound your wealth more quickly because you're not giving half away to the government.
