The ability to smash it out of the park on an opportunity in business takes confidence. That confidence all stems from integrity. Can you trust yourself to do everything you say you're gonna do? Most human beings, they can't even start with that good. Integrity doesn't mean that you're going to be successful. It's just a basic requirement for being successful. So start with integrity.
I think those are the foundation of everything.
How much is enough? Owned two jets. I'm selling both of them right now. I know what it feels like to live in a 30,000 square foot house. What's authentic for me right now is trading in my Beamer and my escalade for an 11 year old Sequoia and a 4 year old Tesla. And they make me just as happy.
What specific incident in your life switched this mindset for you?
My 17 year old daughter had been depressed for 4 years and then she tried to take her life right before my eyes. That moment really me up, caused me to do some super deep reflection because I was now just on one mission and it was.
Welcome back to the Hannah Hammond Show. I'm sitting here today with Kris Krohn out of Utah, who is a amazingly incredible real estate entrepreneur, mentor and mindset coach. He's an author, a speaker, he's done thousands of dollars and over a billion dollars worth of real estate transactions and is a leader for men, women and everybody in the real estate space. Mindset space. And just the journey to reaching your highest potential, which is so aligned with what, what I, the mission that I am on. And so I'm excited to have you here today. And I mean, you, you've built an incredible brand and are so influential to so many people. You have millions of followers across your social media platforms and YouTube and all of that. So excited to hear your story and this kind of new journey, this new chapter of the journey that you're on. So thanks for being here.
Absolutely, Hannah. Glad to be here.
So I was watching one of your podcasts or one of your YouTube videos before we started today and you shared something that says that you are reintroducing yourself to the world as the minimalist millionaire. And I would love to dive that and see how I know you went kind of from rags to riches and then you're transitioning your life right now and you're starting to share more about this minimalist millionaire concept. And so I'd love to kind of hear what mission you're on and what that means to you.
You know, it's been the weirdest thing you Know, I get online years ago, I share my story. I show my cars, I show my house, I show my world travel. I do these things. And there's so many shallow comments that just stick out to me. Like one time I was, I was doing a thing and I was wearing sandals and I was literally being made fun of, like, bro, can't afford shoes, or I was wearing some headsets and they weren't bows or something. And like, like it's strange the comments that will come out. I made a video in my master bedroom. I got like a 55 inch TV and someone's like, oh my gosh, that guy can't be real. He's got a 55 inch TV only, right? And I'm like, we live in this world where at least in a real estate brand, there's a lot of people that are constantly evaluating, are you real? And what's the proof? And there's just a lot of shallow energy. Like it's just literally you're only as good as the car drive or the house that you live in. You know, I mean, I've had a whole set of staff that run my house and organize it and drive my kids around and, and do meal prep and all of these different things. And I've lived all of that lifestyle. I've owned two jets. I'm selling both of them right now. I know what it feels like to live in a 30,000 square foot house. And I've had a chance to also have some really powerful awakenings that have put me on the other side, to realize the real answer to the question of how much is enough? And that's a question that I think everyone at some point should really ask themselves, which is what are you going after and what's it really about and what is it defining and how much of it is about ego and significance and how many of it is because it's authentic and true for you. And I guess ultimately what I'm taking a stand for, Hannah, is authenticity. What's authentic for me right now is trading in my Beamer and my escalade for an 11 year old Sequoia and a 4 year old Tesla. And they make me just as happy and they do the job and I just don't need them. I've listed my $17 million house. It's just more house than I could ever conceive of possibly needing.
Yeah. And I think it is so important. And I was in a Mastermind this week and we were talking about that too, is like, what? When is enough enough? And what is the real intention behind the things that you're doing right? And we say, like me, I love giving, I love serving, I love teaching, educating, and I also love being a student. But sometimes we can lie to ourselves or cloud like the real intention behind it. And all humans have an ego. That's what's allowed us to survive. And we like our ego fed, we like the applause, we like the, the camaraderie, we like to feel needed, we like to feel like we're making an impact and a difference. But sometimes we have to really reflect on is this really driving impact and change or is it still another way to kind of drive our ego and feed that, that ego that we need filled? And so I love that you're saying that because really less is more, you know, and at what point is enough enough? And I think it's something that allows us to really, I feel fortunate to come from nothing and build it up because it allows us to like hit those accomplishments and those accolades and those things in our life. But then like you said, once you hit a point where you have it all materially right, I think we start to hit this thing of maybe it's called like that midlife crisis, or we start to go inward and say, okay, what else is there, right? And, and I'm actually hitting that point in my life right now. Like I never wanted to get married, I never wanted to have kids. And right now I'm at that point in my life where I was like, well, am I robbing myself of some of the most beautiful experiences in life and do I have it all wrong about what my mission really is and what I stand for? So I guess what, what specific incident in your life switched this mindset for you? And like, what, what mission are you on now as you're starting to, you know, downsize your house, let go of some of these material things that you worked really hard to get get. And obviously we always have the haters, whether you have it or don't have it. You're going to have the haters when you have this influence. So like, what was that real shift for you? And I guess, what mission are you on now?
My, my 17 year old daughter had been depressed for four years and then she tried to take her life right before my eyes. And that moment really fucked me up and it really caused me to do some super deep reflection because I was now just on one mission and it was to save her life. And fortunately we were able to find a therapy that worked. It was very progressive, got her with A team of shamans. She had a life changing experience and that was now two and a half years ago. Now she wants to live and since then she's gotten married and man, she is happy and she's doing so well. But it was just an eye opening moment for me. And I think for years I've been teaching that all people should be focusing on mastering four things. And I've mastered them long enough that they just don't bring me a lot of value anymore. And I'm moving now beyond human beings. When you look at faith, finance, fitness, family, those four Fs really, really seem to circumscribe the entire human experience. And I always tell people in my men's group, I tell these men, if you can take five years and master these areas, for example, get your body to its fittest level where it's now an easy lift and it's not a struggle with food and it's not a struggle with exercise, it's just now something that you embody. And then do the same with family. Master the game of love and deep connection. Stop avoiding what's hard and difficult and get in there and learn how to cultivate the deepest, most meaningful moments when it comes to your finance. Just figure it out and make the money and residualize it so that you don't have to waste 40 years of your life playing a money game. And then that last area, how are you with God? Like, do you know how to channel the voice of God and hear him her in your life so that you can every day, through deep meditation, feel connected? I teach these to men. And when you get to a level of mastery, that's when you seem to, I think, graduate from all of just the chaos of life and you get to move on to what your real mission and purpose is. My real mission and purpose is not being an influencer. It's not having millions of followers, it's not doing my second billion dollars worth of real estate. It's not achieving a certain amount of net worth. Like I can promise myself that on my deathbed, I'm going to look back and I'm going to say, you stayed too long in a game that no longer served. Because when you have everything you need and then you're wasting your time to pursue more, why legacy? Well, I just think that that's actually a different form of ego. It's like, no, no, I'm here for impact and legacy and I want to change the world and I want to be remembered. I'm like, that's just a Different face of ego. God's got this. God does not need you. So what is your next level? And this is the question I'm asking now. So my next level, you know, there's a lot of very interesting things that I'm doing. I still have my businesses, I'm still doing great work, I'm still training up investors, I'm still creating millionaires, but it just doesn't have a grasp or a, or a level of meaning for me. Hannah Right now I'm pursuing a five year doctorate degree in ancient Chinese medicine. It's called qigong. And I'm also having fun following the childhood and the footsteps of Christ that led him through the known world before he started his mission on this planet in Jerusalem, because I'm curious about how he was as a Taoist or how he mastered Chinese medicine when he visited and lived in India from the ages of 13 to 29. Or what he did with the Essenes, a certain sect, mysterious Jews that lived outside of Jerusalem up until 13. And going through India and then later London and then Africa, like that's a huge curiosity of mine. And I want to understand beyond who Christ is, beyond what a church can say, who he is now, that's just a personal passion. I also have a mission to find men and women that are twin flames on this planet and to teach them what real love is. This has nothing to do with finance, but it's just the next step in my evolution.
And you're talking about, like actual relationships, personal relationships, finding your twin flame.
Yeah. How do you find them? And then how do you keep it from being just a karmic soulmate relationship where you're gonna piss each other off? How do you cast off the wrong and the right game? How do you find the deeper levels of what true unconditional love and advocacy actually look like? This oneness game is what I've been called to teach. And it's started with what might happen to my daughter two and a half years ago is how do we find oneness and true commun with the person that we love and then the other people on this planet?
Yeah. Yeah. And that story hits so home to me because I, you know, wanted to take my own life when I was 20 years old. And it was a very dark time. And now I have a beautiful, beautiful life that I am so happy to wake up to every day. And, you know, I embrace the challenges that come every day now. And it's a totally different energy, totally different intention. And now I feel called to share that and help others in those dark places because there's so many people suffering out there, so many. And what we see on social media is this fairytale land that everybody but us is doing amazing and has everything put together. And we all just know that that's not reality. But we can get sucked into these things. And relationships, especially for driven people like us, are so hard. It's been one of my greatest challenges, if not my greatest challenge in my life is forming and growing really healthy, strong relationships. And a lot of that I found was because I wasn't, I didn't have a healthy, strong relationship with myself first. You know, I was seeking all this external validation from everything outside of me, looking for all these answers to feel whole, feel worthy, feel fulfilled, feel loved. But really deep down, I was robbing myself of all of that. And I was trying to find it through external validation and external success, but was still miserable once I achieved those external material things that I thought would help me. And I. And so did you go through, since you're so passionate now about relationships and about health and healing and all these things, did you go through a lot of these struggles in your life where you, you struggled in your relationships with either your family or yourself or your spouse?
I, I've been in this work for 20 years and there's a lot of people that will go to their grave and never know what the real work is. When I say the work, most people, they're glazed over. They have no idea what that means. The inner world is very different than the outer world. And our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. So I had 50 men this weekend in my men's group that came over to my home for a retreat. And they're standing in my million dollar office where I just closed a really big billion dollar potential deal. And they're feeling the opulence, they're feeling the abundance, they're feeling the energy of what that whole room is about. And that's where I get to break it down and say, you guys are admiring the outside. You're admiring, you know, my production and my outcome and my results. But the truth is, everything you see externally is also an expression of who I am internally. And the question is, am I a lopsided soul or am I a balanced soul? For the last 20 years, I've been deep in the personal development game. I've been spent $2 million on going through mentors and projects and doing the tear downs and the rebuilds. And I've been looking at every area of my life trying to Figure out how to make sure that how I'm living my life internally is a beautiful expression of not just what people see on the outside. So as I've been in that work, yeah, I've been through a lot of relationship issues with my own wife, a lot of just growth as a father of what kind of father do I want to be? How deeply am I really connecting with each of my children? Like, struggling with my daughter that tried to take her life for four years as a teenager was really, really difficult. Here I am a motivational speaker on stage, changing lives, talking people out of suicide and choosing into life. And I couldn't do that for my daughter. So that drove a lot of deeper inner work. I used to struggle with my weight. Fifteen years ago I went through a transformation. I haven't struggled with it since. So on this planet, I feel actually, Hannah, that all of us are here for a purse, a purpose to dive into these things. So, you know, if you're having a problem with your personal relationships, if it's your health, your finances, or your relationship with God, until you shore up all four of those, I feel like we're going to feel like a less dimensional, incomplete human being. And so, yeah, let's make sure that we're not getting so over committed to outward success where one person is making a lot of money and then secretly they're suicidal or they're depressed or they don't have the love and the connection that they want. That's just a journey of the real purpose of life, which is to challenge ourselves, to grow and to become everything. I think God intended us for us to.
Yeah, I think it all. It's all love, you know, and we lose sight that it all comes back to love. Like creation in itself is, in my opinion, an expression of unconditional love. And we get so lost in the process. What are some of the key lessons you've learned as you've gone done 20 years of development work and introspective work on yourself and going through this with your daughter and growing your relationship with your spouse. What I mean, for somebody out there that's struggling today to maybe they have external success and they're still feeling unfulfilled or empty, or maybe they don't have external success, but they think it'll make them feel fulfilled.
And yeah, I think that's the more common scenario that people find themselves in is that for every successful person, you have hundreds of failures in their mindset. And this is a really basic lesson. But to answer your question, I think it Starts with the basic building blocks of the character that you're becoming and evaluating, what kind of human being do I want to be on this planet and where should I start? Because I could develop compassion or benevolence, or I could develop wisdom through, you know, acquiring knowledge and applying skills. I could lean into entrepreneurship or public speaking. It's like, where do I start? And I always tell people that the base foundation of everything start with integrity, Literally defined as doing what you say you're going to do. Because most human beings will never even have a chance to discover what their potential is because they just have really shitty integrity. They say one thing, and they do a different thing. And then I query audiences all the time. I'm like, okay, like, if you were given 10 tasks, whether it's at work or at home or in a personal relationship or to yourself, how many of them do you actually do? And the average person does about six or seven out of 10 things. That is such shitty integrity. I would never. If you got down on your knee and said, christopher Krohn, I want to marry you, I'm gonna. I'm gonna do what I say 60% of the time. I'm gonna love you 60. I say, hell, no, I'm not gonna be in a relationship with you, and I don't want to be in a work relationship with you. In fact, I. I believe that integrity is one of those areas where we can strive for perfection, and not as a really high mark, but why else wouldn't you try to be a person that actually does what they say they're going to do? Mom, I'll call you back in five minutes. Did you actually mean the next day and you're a liar? Because the biggest reason why we struggle with integrity is because the world is filled with people pleasers. And people pleasers are liars. That's all that means. They're chameleons, sharing a version of themselves with you to try to manage your emotional state or your perception of them. And so integrity and authenticity, I think, are two of the greatest journeys that a person can embark on, which is, who am I truly? And can I depend on myself? Because guess what? The ability to meditate and connect with God takes confidence. The ability to be a great lover takes confidence. The ability to smash it out of the park on an opportunity in business takes confidence. That confidence all stems from integrity. Can you trust yourself to do everything you say you're gonna do? Most human beings, they can't even start with that. By the way, good integrity doesn't mean that you're going to be successful. It's just a basic requirement for being successful. So start with integrity. And then number two, I would say the journey of authenticity. Take off your pleaser masks. Who are you really? Are you willing to really let me see you when you're struggling? Are you willing to face yourself in the mirror and be vulnerable and honest with yourself instead of the lies that we tell ourself? And are you willing to be disliked and hated even by other people because it's more important for, for you to be true to yourself than true to another? I think those are two great places to start.
I think so too. I think those are the foundation of everything. And if you can't get those, you aren't going to get very far or have a very fulfilled life. And yeah, I think that's where, and that's where self confidence stems from and that's where positive energy stems from. I mean, if we're lying to ourselves every day and we can't even, you know, not put the cookie in our mouth three minutes after we say we're not going to put the cookie in our mouth, then what, what can we actually accomplish in this world if we don't even have, if we can't even believe in ourselves? Right.
Well, and you're also, you're bringing, you're also bringing up positivity. And I, if I had to give a thorough note just real quick to give you a more complete answer to your question. It's understanding that when you, when you study the data chain or logos, which is the Greek version of that, or what Christ's message to the world was, it all starts with, everything in the universe is mental and by the time you speak it, that is a form of creation. You're literally taking a thought form and you're putting out into the world. So are you evaluating your creations that start with mental thoughts that become the spoken word and take on an energy and most people, they don't. I've decoded in my own research and a seven year journey I went on and I wrote a book about it called Limitless, that there's ultimately 10,000 ideas that make up your mindset. When we say mindset, what do we mean? We mean 10,000 ideas that make up your paradigm and 65% of them are rotten. I can't, I'm not good enough. I can't do it. It's going to be hard. It's too difficult. My genetics don't support me. Whatever. There's all this bullshit that we think and that we speak. And so going on a journey where you start establishing an awareness of what you're saying. And if you can't do that, you're going to call things in a creation that you don't like. Because everything in your life that you don't like is your creation. You somehow called it in or you tolerated it. And victimhood wants you to point at somebody else or, or yourself as a martyr and not take true responsibility. So I think the third thing is become aware of all of your thoughts and become aware of all your words. You're having 70 to 80,000 thoughts a day. You're speaking a lot of them. You're, you're thinking a million words. If you give yourself permission to think shitty thoughts, you're going to produce shitty outcomes. And if you give yourself permission to think beautiful thoughts, you'll get beautiful outcomes. Because really what you're getting in life is not what you want, it's what you put energy into. And so when something bad happens and you put energy into that, you get more of that bad thing. So just understanding the basic relationship of creationism that in the beginning was the word, and the word said, it's dark out there, let there be light. It was thought, then it was put into creation through speech. And then it could be, well, creation is happening the same with us, Hannah, that everything we think and we speak is a form of creation. So if you don't like your results, maybe change your thoughts and your speech.
I love that you said that. I'm actually giving a talk this week on Thursday on energetic intelligence and how to transform your business and your life by changing your energy. And it all starts with the awareness. And my coach that I had hired that taught me this concept. He says the outcome can only be as great as the energetic state in which you initiate the action. And so just like you said, if you're starting with negative thoughts, negative energy, negative intent, you're, regardless of how smart or strategic you think you are, you're gonna get low quality outcomes. And so if we can have that energy and the ability to not only have the awareness of the energy, because so many of us don't even realize that we're operating with this negative energy inside. We just think it's life as usual, but it's really toxic, low vibrational, low frequency energy. And then we wonder why we're getting all these negative results when everything that's coming out of our mouth or in our brain is negative and we don't have the ability and the capability that is a Trained skill to be able to catch it right away while it's a thought before it becomes an action or, you know, words or an emotion that eventually becomes an action. And it's going to continue to attract low quality outcomes in business and in life.
Yeah, I agree that with that completely.
How have you managed the. You know, I talked to, I'm friends with Jamil Domji and we always get into these deep conversations of both business growth and crazy goals and then this inner work and groundedness and spirituality, connection, calmness and all this stuff. How have you balanced in your life the, the, the, I guess both of those. Right. The entrepreneur success. Like I'm a driver, CEO, I have all these big goals and then the calm, grounded. I want to be present with my wife, present with my kids, present with myself. Have that time to focus on the things that are fulfilling but not necessarily excellent. Right. How do you manage that?
So I've got two practices I think that lean that help resolve that. For me, the first one is I believe that a brain needs office hours because a mind is a tool. But if you only operate from this tool and you're always thinking, it will keep you from being present. In other words, you can't think and be present at the same time. So for example, if I'm with my wife and I'm thinking I'm actually not with her. If I'm with my, my baby girl and I'm thinking I'm not with her, if I'm sitting next to her and we're doing anime together and I'm cuddling her but my mind is thinking about something else, I'm actually not with her. I'm awaying her. And everything we do is either towards ourself, towards someone or it's a weighing them. And it happens energetically at an unspoken level first. And it happens with my mind. And so give your brain office hours. Especially if you wake up early in the morning and your brain turns on and then you have a hard time going to bed at night, your brain is still thinking. You're a present human being. You're focusing on building something. You're leveraging a tool in excess and you're now an overthinker. So give it office hours. And here's what it means. It means that outside of those office hours, I'm not planning, I'm not doing logistics, I'm not solving problems, I'm not thinking about work, I'm being present. I can be one or the other, which means that when I'm with a loved one, I'm giving them my full presence. I'm not thinking in the background and working on something. I'm literally being with them. So if I was with my baby girl and she was sucking on a block, I might grab a block and suck on it. Or I might. If she's cooing, I might coo back. It means that if I'm having a conversation with my teenage son, that I'm fully engaged in that conversation and giving him a full measure of my presence. So that's the first thing is have office hours for those pesky minds that can just think all day long and then it keeps you out of your heart. And I think Tony Robbins says it. Well, he's got a saying. He says, in your head you're dead. And I would agree with that because you can't form a meaningful deep relationship or a romantic relationship or deep rooted connection when you're thinking. You can think or you can connect, but you can't have both. The second thing that I do is have a very, very, very strong meditation practice. Meditation, Hannah means something obviously different to everyone because there's transcendental meditation and oming and so many different things. For me, I'll sit down and I'll go into a hoppe ceremony and I've got 30 or 60 minutes a day in this, sometimes 90 minutes. And this is where I'm actually channeling my higher self or I'm channeling God, Heavenly Father, Heavenly Mother Christ. And I'm bringing these individuals into my space. And I've learned how to connect deep enough with my intuition where I can sit and ask questions and receive answers. And I'll to make sure I don't have monkey mind going on, I will ask my questions out loud and then I will channel the answers out loud. And from the last three years, I've got hundreds of pages of notes of just inspired guidance that I've received. I think the epitome of the human experience outside of religion or spirituality is when we can be source to God and God can be sourced to us and where we can ask questions, receive answers. People when they say stuck in their head. I was at my Mastermind trip this weekend and this guy who's in another Mastermind asked the same damn question he asked seven months ago on my online form. He's like, should I, you know, will I increase my income opportunity if I'm willing to move? And so I said, get up here, bro. And I just closed his eyes. I grounded him. I said, get clear on your question. And here are the Steps. When you're fully grounded and you ask and have cleared your mind, you can receive the answer. Then you have to learn how to trust the answer. Then you speak the answer and then you do the answer. When you do that, you're now living inspired or in spirit, as opposed to living in your head. This fucker literally will only take you in life as far as it's ever been. So it will rob you so much opportunity because it's so damn linear that all it can do is create more of what it's given you, your mind. When you operate all day from your mind, it has nothing new. And are we not here to meet our potential that is outside the comfort zone, that is beyond where we are. So meditation is where I go beyond. And turning off my brain, becoming present is also how I get out of the box as well.
Yeah, yeah. That practice for me to changed everything. Just sitting in silence with myself and being able to connect to Source and realize that the all the answers are inside. And I always struggled to connect to God or Source or the universe, whatever your form of the higher power is. And I realized when I started the meditation practice and started a lot of this healing work, which was a couple years ago, I was never sitting silent with myself. I never had the opportunity to even connect with God. And I was looking for answers outside of me, right? I would like pray, dear God, close this deal for me, or dear God, like make my, you know, Father love me more or whatever I was, I was praying for and looking outside of me. But I was never actually sitting still with myself. And when I started that practice of stillness with myself, that's where, just like you said, those answers started to flow from within me. And I realized, okay, this connection to Source isn't outside, it's in silence with myself. And that was what changed everything. And another thing I read, and I can't remember what book it was, maybe it was transcendental. But he said the easiest way to connect to Source is through gratitude, through a grateful heart. And when we're complaining and when we're in low frequency energy, we can't connect to Source because we're ungrateful and we're victims. And so when we can start to sit into that, what are we grateful for in this life? Whatever we have are is things to be grateful for on whatever spectrum that is. And we can, when we truly embody that gratitude, it helps us sit into that Source and into that meditation and start to hear those internal answers that we are looking for. Yep, 100% beautiful so what's next for you, Chris? I mean, you, you've built a real estate empire. You're a leader and a coach and a mentor. You're a father, you're a husband. What does success look like to you? Or what does success mean to you and what is this next chapter of your journey?
You know, I don't really have any outward goals. All of the inward goals are simply to cause the actions that allow me to meet more of my potential. Right now I'm really getting ready to close down a lot of shop on a lot of opportunities. I'm letting things play out. We're putting all of our love, effort and attention into them and giving them the resource that they need. But I think the next phase of my life is going to be phasing out of more of an entrepreneurial space or even a coaching space. I'm going back to becoming a student. I'm just, you know, I've had people pay me quarter million, half million dollars a year to work with them one on one. I'm leaving that arena and in a number of places I'm just going back to that student energy of just being the Lear, one of the places that I enjoy the most. It's so true. The more I learn, the less I know. And so I'm just going. I've got a lot of learning that I want to do. I think maybe in five or ten years I'll return back as a, as a teacher again. Because right now I'm just going to go into the void and I'm just going to see what it has for me. I've got one major hurrah company that we just did an $11 million funding on. It's a steel company. It's basically taking out the lumber industry. It's these really cool disruptive machinery that will print a house in a day and then they erect it in two days. And so coming from the real est space, you know, framing a house takes out a lot of trees, costs a lot of money, has a lot of waste and it takes a lot of time. And so I found a technology that is replacing it at a discount. And so it's literally doing it better than lumber, faster than lumber, it's cheaper. And so I've got a company that, you know, honestly I think it has the potential for, you know, you know, 10 figure valuation. And my business partner did a two year build on his company and built it to 32 million in two years. We're just going to go 40x that. So we're going really big. I've got a 40,000 square square foot office that my podcast studio is in that is being converted to a steel manufacturing plant. It's happening here in Utah and right now we've got, we're building a huge affiliate army. We're giving people quarter million, half a million dollar, million dollar a year income jobs for basically going out there being affiliates and funding projects to just convert, you know, lumber to steel. So it's a great technology there for me, the huge passion and it is over the next five years I can save a million trees, you know, mature Douglas firs, pines, 35 year old trees that are busy giving oxygen as a planet. And we're just going to let them do that. Meanwhile, we're using recycled steel. So trying to create more of a regenerative approach to how we're building America is what I'm taking a stand for. And, and the company, you know, I can already see is going to be a really wild success. So that's kind of one of my bigger hurrahs. I'll stay in the real estate game. It's very automated. My investors are enjoying, you know, 60% annualized returns over the last decade. So we're just going to keep smashing it there. But I'm just fortunate to have a team, Hannah, that can carry that legacy forward, help people continue making great money. And then meantime, you know, my, I'm only four years away from being an empty nester and so for me, I'm just already now moving into that space of being the student, which is my, my favorite place to operate in.
Awesome. Well, thank you so much for coming on the show and we'll wrap up with one piece of advice that you would give to the audience listening that is on the mission to reach their highest potential.
Yeah. I would tell you in the four quadrants, I call them the core four that take five years of your life and choose mastery in all four areas. In the game of finance, what you do in 40 years, you can do in 10 years or even five years. All you just need is a more aggressive game plan and I would recommend choosing into that today. We've got AI. There's mentors out there, there's people like Hannah, there's people out there that can help you ach your goals a lot faster. And it's all going to come down to very similar skill sets, which is learning how to save money, not to get ahead, but to invest. And so you become a successful investor, you can invest your time, you can invest money and you can acquire Skills, Those are all forms of investment. So the first thing is take the next five years and just do the money game well enough that you can be done if you so choose. Number two, your body is a temple. Rock that temple out and learn how to take care of it over the next five years. Master your body so that you can re. You can reclaim the bandwidth of the lacking confidence and tearing yourself down and looking in the mirror and telling yourself something meaner maybe than you need to. You've got this one body. God gave it to you. Take care of it and it'll take care of you. Number three, your family. Give them the love and attention. Learning how to sink deep into deep connection. When was the last time you took a loved one and stared in their eyes for 60 seconds and then shared the greatness that you saw with them? We're all capable of deep connection. Go there, advocate for them and don't live with regrets on the love that you can give that you're not offering. And then the last thing is if you're gonna have a relationship with God, you can do a very zombie like version of it. Well, I went to church, I did this spiritual practice, I'm going through motions, I'm checking the boxes. Or you can genuinely really connect with the creator of everything and create a relationship where you can define the most sacred information that you need for every area of your life that we've just been talking about. Take the next five years, rock them out. Because what do you do when you've mastered them? Well, then you don't need to be plugged into the simulation anymore. You can leave the matrix, you can figure out why you're actually on this planet and go live that life. That would be my advice. And also I think last thing is, if you guys don't follow me on social media and you'd like to know what some of my tools and resources are. I give my books away for free, my events away for free. You know a lot of resources that can help you self actualize and become more of the person that you want. I'm offering free game plans with my team to show you how to build wealth in a condensed period of time, access to events, or some of the books that I've written. Freewealthgift.
