The Honest Truth About How Your Mind Attracts Money | Jordan Cheyenne

Jordan Cheyenne and Hannah Hammond discuss how your beliefs and emotional state attract money and relationships. They introduce the "Quantum Crumble" (when jobs and relationships can't keep up with your growth) and the "Green Zone" energy framework, and explain why your dominant assumptions matter more than positive thinking alone.

I became a millionaire and realized I'm still unhappy. But when, when I could finally combine the money and the wealth and the success with the internal healing and connection and love for myself and for others, I was finally able to see like, oh my God, life actually is beautiful.
Yeah.
And it actually can be beautiful. And I actually did create this.
We're all manifesting 24/7. It's not something you can turn on or turn off. For most people, they've unconsciously, at no fault of their own, manifested a reality that they do not desire.
The outcome can only be as great as the energetic state in which you initiate the action.
If you take action from a place of desperation or begging or chasing, it's a much different outcome that you're gonna get rather than taking the action from alignment when you're in the vibration of your passion.
Everything in my business exponentially started compounding once I fixed the inner stuff inside of me.
Always does.
And not only did it compound, but I actually have fun doing it.
My family and friends have always just said, oh, Jordan's delusional, she's living in her own reality. She's got her head in the clouds. And it's funny because I actually took that as criticism growing up. Now someone telling me that I'm delusional is the biggest compliment. It only takes one person to be the generational curse breaker. Anybody can do it no matter what you've been through in the past. We have the statistical data to prove that you can rewire your brain.
Welcome back to the Hannah Hammond Show. I'm here today with Jordan Cheyenne, and we are also gonna do a collaboration on her show, Eat, Pray, Manifest. And couldn't be more excited. Jordan is a manifestation mindset mentor and talks about the fact that manifestation isn't just— it's not magic, right? It's actually neuroscience, and it's the way that we can create whatever we want in the world. It's the way we can create health and wellness and abundance and amazing relationships. And for those of you who know my story, I have definitely manifested my way into building a wonderful life after being you know, suicidal when I was earlier in my life and going through a lot of those challenges. So it all starts with your inner world, not your outer world. And I said on the School of Hard Knocks podcast, whether you think you can, like my number one piece of advice is whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. So it's so powerful and it's so important. And I think it is even more important for entrepreneurs because entrepreneurs are definitely, they tend to be that work grind hustle culture. Just suffer, you know, suffer, have a goal worth suffering for. Like Alex Hormozi, I love him, but— Yeah. But like, what if we can create whatever we want in the world, work hard, of course, and have big dreams, but do it in a way that it actually flows to us and where we can enjoy the process? So welcome to the show.
Thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited. So for my audience who does not know Hannah, she is a serial entrepreneur. She's an investor. She's the CEO of HB Capital, uh, national capital advisory firm. She has built her dream life from the ground up and now serves as an inspiration to women everywhere that with hard work and an internal belief in yourself, you can do anything. Anything.
Thank you so much. Of course.
I'm so excited to do this collab with you. I feel like we've been chatting for a hot minute, not only about business strategy but mindset, internal energetic work. And I feel like with both of our expertise combined, it's just going to provide massive value to everyone.
I couldn't agree more. And it's, it's awesome. And, uh, just finding you online and the power of Instagram and social media, and I think you had shared a couple of my videos and I was like, this girl's awesome. And it's just so important because, uh, energy, like energetic intelligence and the ability to be aligned and know your values and be able to control your energy in a way, like literally control your energy, choose how you show up every day, choose how you feel every day, and know exactly your true north and what you're going for has always been, I mean, it's been the biggest catalyst in my transformation from this grind, hustle, like miserable suffering to I can't do this anymore and I don't wanna wake up anymore to now I can set whatever goals that I want and, and go for them.
Yeah.
Because I'm aligned with it and I actually can enjoy the process and the journey and I'm not tied to the outcome anymore because I'm not trying to like fill this void or force this outcome. And so I just can't wait to learn from you because I'm not a manifestation expert. I've just learned these things naturally through my own experience, but I really, really, really wanna dive into the actual like science behind it and what your journey is on how you got into this field and space and, and what that journey looked like for you.
Yeah. Thank you so much. I'm so excited to share. I feel like the, you actually had shared a quote a few months ago and you said the external action that you take is only ever as good as the internal energetic vibration from which you take the action. And I know you're big on the hustle and the grind. You're killing it. You're such an inspiration to so many. And I think really highlighting that the internal identity and energetic vibration play a much bigger role than people even care to realize. And that actually can be the catalyst to anybody's success. So I feel like with both of our knowledge combined, someone leaving, watching this episode is really going to leave with the exact framework to just kill it.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And that's my favorite quote that my coach had taught me when I was 25. The outcome can only be as great as the energetic state in which you initiate the action. Yeah.
And so, so true. If you take action from a place of desperation or begging or chasing, it's a much different outcome that you're gonna get rather than taking the action from alignment when you're in the vibration of your passion. It's very different.
Yeah. And it's not gonna be the one that you want.
No.
Because you, you attract what you resist.
Mm-hmm.
Right. Just like if I showed up to this podcast today and I'm pissed off, I'm angry. I just, you know, had to file bankruptcy or lost money or had a lawsuit or lost a friend, like somebody's sick or something like that. Yeah, we're probably not going to get a very good outcome and we're probably not going to have a very great podcast that's going to have a lot of impact on other people's lives, right? Or even going for the deal that we want to do or the client we want to attract or the partner that we want to attract. If we're going into it with that bad energetic state, yeah, the result is only going to match the quality of the energetic state that we—
Yeah. 100%.
Yeah. So what, what is your journey like? How did you get into manifestation? Yeah.
And yeah, so actually growing up, I was someone who just always felt very outcast. I had a lot of bullying, I had a lot of physical issues, um, and I was kind of like the black sheep of the family. I knew very young that I had big goals, big dreams, a big mission. I knew God had something beautiful for my life, but I didn't know exactly what. I didn't know through exact what avenue that would happen. Um, but I've always had big goals and dreams, and my family and friends have always just said, oh, Jordan's delusional, she's living in her own she's got her head in the clouds. And it's funny because I actually took that as criticism growing up. I used to think that that was a negative statement that they were saying about me, when in reality now, someone telling me that I'm delusional is the biggest compliment.
Mm-hmm.
I am as delusional as possible, and I love that about myself because internally believing in myself has what's gotten me everything I've ever wanted in life. So it's almost like looking back, the thing that I was, quote, shamed for, I was told, you know, wake up, work hard, get a 9-to-5. My dad's a lawyer, so he got up every day at 5:00 AM, put on his suit, went to court. I grew up with everything. Very, very good parents. I had a very good upbringing, very thankful for that. But it was very like, go to school, get good grades, go off to college. There was no talk of entrepreneurship or of carving your own path. So I actually did go to college. I went to Cal State San Marcos right when I graduated high school for maybe 7 months. And I was like, this is not for me, I'm dropping out. And I, at that point, it was right before Instagram and Facebook and TikTok and everything. I started building my personal brand. I was working a few different retail jobs at the time. And— Mm-hmm. I slowly started to build my personal brand from there, which kind of catapulted into what it is now. But I've always been so interested in mindset, energetics. My mom introduced me to Tony Robbins, I think, like 20 years ago, and it wasn't even Tony that had changed my life, but I went to one of his conferences and he had a guest speaker come on teaching about manifestation. And whenever someone said that word, I just rolled my eyes and I cringed because there's such a deep misconception and misperception about the word manifestation. People think, Oh, you can just close your eyes and wish for something and poof, it'll appear. So when someone would tell me, oh, you can manifest money or wealth or health, I'd be like, yeah, yeah, I just gotta work hard. I didn't really tap into learning about it until I heard people who were experts in their field talk about the neuroscience of rewiring your brain. And at that point, I was a broke young single mom. I had my son at 21. I had nothing to lose.
Wow.
So I dedicated 1 year of my life to implementing everything that I had learned. I'm like, I have nothing to lose, let me just try it out. Started speaking kindly to myself, believing in myself, and implementing all the statistical data that I had learned about neuropsychology, and I completely rewired my brain for a different life, and I've never gone back. Yeah. Yeah.
So what are those steps that people can take? I mean, if they're stuck in this negative loop of negativity, yeah, I actually posted something. I was just like, stop complaining, right? Yeah. If you are just complaining every day, you're, you're being in this victim mindset.
Yeah.
You're just gonna keep attracting that exact thing that you're resisting. And so like, what's an easy way for people to first gain the awareness Yeah. That they're living in this negative loop and they're not manifesting the things that they want. They're actually manifesting the thing cuz you're manifesting whether you think you are or you think you aren't, right? Yeah. Just most people are manifesting the things that they don't want. Yeah. So like what's that first step where people can get aware of it and start to shift and transition into manifesting what they actually want?
Yeah. So first thing is guiding people as a mentor. It's my job to gently guide people into the awareness. Like you said, that we're all manifesting 24/7. It's not something you can turn on or turn off. So if someone comes to me and they say, oh, I've never manifested anything in my life, it's my job to gently guide them into the awareness that their external reality is a reflection of their internal subconscious and neurological beliefs. Now, these beliefs are running on autopilot in the background 24/7, and most of us don't know it. So we've unconsciously manifested a reality that we do not desire.
Mm-hmm.
So it's guiding them into the awareness of what is that childhood subconscious and neurological programming that's running in the background. And when I sit down with people, we do an exercise about uncovering their internal money blueprint, and they have no idea why they've manifested safe for an example, a financial reality that's undesirable. And then I guide them into the awareness of, oh, well, what did your parents and grandparents and caretakers say about money growing up? And most people have that negative internal paradigm of money doesn't grow on trees. Money's hard to come by. I'll never be wealthy. It's not in the cards for me. And that paradigm has been for all these decades what's been creating their external reality. But they have no clue. They're unaware of the fact that that subconscious programming is creating their external reality. Mm-hmm. So it's my job to guide you into the awareness that, yes, you have manifested everything in your life, your relationships, the quality of your physical health, your financial situation. But for most people, they've unconsciously, at no fault of their own, manifested a reality that they do not desire. So it's becoming aware of that internal programming and then taking some aligned science-backed steps to, you know, elevate their level of consciousness out of the scarcity, the lack, the criticism. But anybody can do it, no matter what you've been through in the past. We have the statistical data to prove that you can rewire your brain.
Wow.
Yeah. Which is something I wanna ask about on your journey as well.
Yeah.
Um, but yeah, would love to hop into that a little bit more. Um, but for my audience who doesn't know about your journey as well, we can all see how successful that you are today, which is incredible. You're a huge inspiration, but I wanna know selfishly for myself, but I know this would benefit my audience as well. Take me back, like as a child, I knew very early on that I would have a big life again. I didn't know what avenue that would come through as a child. Did you always know that you were destined for greatness and success? And if so, how and when did you know that?
It didn't sound that pretty.
Yeah.
It wasn't like, I am destined for greatness and success. Yeah. It was more like, I don't wanna live this life and there's no way I'm gonna live this life and I will do whatever it takes to death to not live this life.
Yeah.
And to live a different life.
So was it a rough upbringing, would you say?
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I struggle, I struggled a lot internally. Um, and you know, my, my parents did the best they could. I love them very much. Yeah. Uh, but it was a, it was a challenging upbringing. We had, we did not have money.
Okay.
And so it was just a lot of financial strain constantly.
Yeah.
Which is why, you know, now I sell money and I'm in the capital markets and all these things.
Yeah.
It's funny how those things manifest.
Yeah.
But we just didn't have money. And the answer was always, we don't have enough, we can't afford it. We don't have, you know, we can't get that, we can't do that. And it was a very toxic and chaotic environment of very high frequency energy and not on the good side.
Yeah. You know, like— Anger.
Yep. Yep. So low vibrational energy, anger, rage, anxiety.
Yeah.
Fear, scarcity, all of those things. And then paired with my, one of my brothers was just very challenged, anger issues. And it was very hard on me. So there was just a lot of those situations. But from an early age, I was like, I was fortunate to meet, when I was 7 years old, I was fortunate to meet a very wealthy family. And not only were they wealthy, but they were happy. You know, so they had love.
So that rewired your brain that money does not necessarily equal more money, more problems. They had the happiness and the joy attached to it.
Yeah.
Wow.
Well, so it actually wired my brain to something that also, to a point, served me, but to a point, didn't serve me any longer, was money equaled happiness.
Yeah.
Right? And so I was 7 years old and I said, oh, money equals happiness. So how do I get as much money as I possibly can so I can be happy? And we don't have money and we're not happy. So money, not having money equals we're not happy, right? And still to today, money is a huge part of life.
Yeah.
Like if you don't, it's the way the world works.
Yeah.
Uh, assets, right? The transfer of value, whether it's the dollar or gold or real estate or whatever. But it's, it's money. Let's call it money.
Yeah.
We need it to be able to have time freedom.
Oh yeah.
And the ability to make an impact, to serve others and do all these things. And so it's so important, but money in itself does not equal happiness. Mm-hmm. Money can buy a lot of things, including time, including resources, including materials that bring happiness.
Yeah.
But there's a deeper level to that. And that's where a lot of the alignment and the energy Um, and the internal healing comes in. Yeah. That I had to go through when I became a millionaire and realized I'm still unhappy. Yeah. Right. And so, but when, when I could finally combine the money and the wealth and the success, uh, with the internal healing and connection and love, uh, for myself and for others, that's where I was finally able to see like, oh my God, life actually is beautiful.
Yeah.
And it actually can be beautiful. And I actually did create this.
Yeah.
And like, I didn't, wasn't handed money. I wasn't handed any special connections. I wasn't given a playbook or a manual. And I was, you know, smoking weed every day and, uh, had insomnia and would think about suicide every night for years of, of my life. And so it was just a testament. So once I was able to see the amount of joy that I'm able to have now while taking on risks and pressure and like doing hard things every day, it makes me want to share that with everyone else in the world because I know what it's like to suffer day after day after day. But I was creating my own suffering.
Yeah, that's something you mentioned before too, that I feel is so imperative to talk about, especially in my work in manifestation and energy. A lot of terms get thrown around like frequency and energy. A term that I don't hear talked about very often is confirmation bias. And what that states is that your brain is always trying to prove you right. So whatever you say or internally affirm or believe about yourself, your brain is automatically going to scan for evidence. It's gonna bring in people and situations and circumstances to validate your claim because your brain only has two jobs to keep you safe and to prove you right.
Mm-hmm.
So internally, what you were saying, when you're young at, you know, 7 years old, when our parents are telling us wealth is not in the cards for us, we'll never be wealthy, that type of lifestyle is not for us, just be grateful with what you have. When you internally affirm and believe that, you're gonna find evidence of that. You know, throughout your upbringing. And I don't know if you can relate something that I have kind of looked back on as I've gotten older with the lens of compassion is I now give my parents so much grace because they were running an old internal paradigm of scarcity and lack that they didn't even know they had. You know, those beliefs have been passed down sometimes from decades and generations.
Mm-hmm.
So I'm not sure if you could say, but within your upbringing, if your parents were, you know, they loved you and supportive, but they probably had their own internal paradigm of lack, which could you say got put onto you unconsciously?
Oh, a million percent. Yeah. And I give them so much grace too, uh, now because they were doing the best they could, just like all of our parents. Yeah. Doing the best, just like us, right? We're doing the best we could with what we had.
Yeah.
And with the knowledge that we've, we, you know, we, we were equipped with. And also life has not been easy. Like the world has not been this abundant world of resources for everyone. And like now with this age of AI, Elon Musk is now saying that, you know, pretty soon there'll be abundance for everybody and anybody can be, everyone will be wealthy. But historically, it's been survival. Oh yeah, 100%. Like scarcity was in our blood. It was in our survival. Like we were programmed for scarcity so we could survive. And so there's, to no fault of anybody, right? And our parents, you know, in the generation that we're in now, most of our parents didn't have massive abundance. There was some that were starting to build real wealth and that type of thing. But the majority of people, they didn't have that. And so it's so normal. And when we can change our story and change our paradigm and be, you know, I try to, I understand everything that, uh, my parents, uh, went through and it was passed down from their parents. Mm-hmm. And it just, you know, uh, uh, generational trauma they call it, right? Yeah. It just goes from one generation to the next until there's that transformational character in the family that really changes it. Mm-hmm. And then starts to rewire the subconscious because your nervous system starts forming like in the womb. Yeah. I was working with an energy healer. She's a Chinese frequency medicine healer. I, I don't even know.
I work with— It's fascinating.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But she's like, oh yeah, you, you got this like in the womb. Mm-hmm. Like how was the environment in the womb? Yeah. Like what was your mom thinking or doing or whatever?
However, like regulated or dysregulated the pregnant woman is, it transfers into the baby.
Mm-hmm.
Like it's insane.
Yeah.
Yeah. It's crazy.
So it's no surprise why we have these things. Yeah. But the nice thing is if we, if we have the awareness and the knowledge and we can understand how to rewire it, we can rewire it. Mm-hmm. And we're a completely reborn person.
Yeah, I always tell my students it only takes one person to be the generational curse breaker. 'Cause most people think I'm hardwired like this, but I try to explain just from a different perspective. You have to think of your subconscious brain like a computer system, but you are the programmer.
Yeah.
So say that you're like sitting on the couch and you're playing a video game up on a big screen at your house, right? Your character, say it's like Super Mario in the video game, he's not gonna jump up levels or go get coins unless you on your couch on the controller press the button. So, it's the same way. The moment you feed your brain new analytical data, you will be able to radically transform the external, but the change starts internally. And I know we were mentioning earlier a little bit about biblical scripture, but there's a scripture that says, "As within, so without." And so many people, they're so focused on the external, which I want to hear your story about everything you've built with your business externally, but it, I believe it fully stems from the identity and the internal energetic vibration, which is so important.
Yeah.
Which tends to be overlooked.
Oh, completely.
Yeah.
Yeah. Because people think that if they accomplish something, they will feel better.
Yeah.
Right? If I get this, then I'll feel different.
Yeah.
And we all know, all of us overachievers that start to accomplish things over and over, we all know that the high wears off real quick.
Oh yeah.
And then the anxiety and the not feeling good inside is even greater than it was before we had the thing. Generally, right? Because it's more pressure, more things we have to create, more unanswered questions, more, I don't know how to do this. And yeah, all, all the things and the, those feelings of emptiness. And so, um, that's when I hired that first energetic intelligence coach when I was 25 years old, who disguised himself as a business coach. I would've never hired an energetic intelligence coach. Okay.
But maybe in retrospect you needed it.
No, it was everything I needed. Yeah. Okay. And you didn't even know it, right?
Yeah.
It's sell them what they want, give them what they need.
Yes.
And that's what he did with me. Yeah.
Did that actually start off, obviously you've been killing it externally in business for so long, but were you always into personal growth and development, or was that kind of your introduction into taking a deeper look?
That was my introduction.
Okay. And that was how many years ago?
Uh, I was 25, so almost 5. I'm almost 30.
Almost 5 years ago. Okay. And now would you wholeheartedly say that the internal energetic work and personal growth is just as important as those external action steps?
Oh, 100%. Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I used to be the one that was like, I don't have time for this.
Yeah.
I don't have time to read a book on feelings.
Yeah. We're busy. We gotta go.
Yeah. Yeah. But everything in my business exponentially started compounding once I fixed the inner stuff. Yeah. Inside of me. Oh, it's nice. And not only did it compound, but I actually have fun doing it. Yeah. Like I actually want to do it every day.
Yeah. Yeah. 100%. I love that. Well, I wanna know as well, I know you mentioned you had a pretty challenging childhood to now funding a firm that originated $100 million in commercial real estate in just its first 5 months. That's insane. What internal shifts had to happen for those external results to go ahead and flow in?
So just getting really, really aligned with my true north and why I was doing the things that I was doing and the intention behind it. So I no longer was trying to build a company because I was afraid of not having anything or because I was trying to prove to the world or to myself that I could do it or, you know, prove to my brother. Who, you know, said I would never amount to anything that— Yeah.
You're like, I'll show you.
Right, right. But now it's like, I wanna create. I have a gift and a love and a passion for entrepreneurship and for creation and for teaching others and helping others and learning myself and growing. Yeah. And like, who can I create with? And we can all win together. Yeah. And grow something amazing together and have an incredible impact. And so losing the, like, first was getting my energy aligned. Yeah. Which was through my coach, which started with energy audits. Okay. Like having the aw— everything starts with awareness. Yes. So having the awareness of what made me feel expansive. Mm-hmm. And what made me feel contracted. What fueled me and what drained me. Mm-hmm. And just getting rid of the things that drain me. Mm-hmm. Like it's not that hard.
And you can feel it in your body. Oh yeah. When something's contracting you and you're like, I don't wanna do this, you know you're in a misalignment.
Right.
Yeah. And a lot more entrepreneurs need to come to the awareness of that, that it exists, and then see which way they're feeling. But a lot of times We're in this David Goggins-style society, right? Alex Hormozi, love them. There's a time and place for both, but it's very wake up at 3:00 AM and grind and hustle. And if you negate the personal growth and internal aspect, I feel that there's gonna be a massive misalignment in the future if you don't address that.
Yeah, well, and that was the thing is like, I was just telling you, you know, this isn't all the time. I have some balance, but I work 16-hour days pretty frequently, you know, 6, 7 days a week. But it's not this, wake up and grind and suffer through. It's like, I love it.
Yeah.
Like there's nothing else that I wanna be doing. I'm choosing to do this. And yes, it does get exhausting and I have to check myself and be like, okay, settle down, take a break.
Take a break.
Let's go to the beach for a couple days.
Yeah.
But I just love, it's like this pull. Tony Robbins talks about this pull motivation. Like I'm pulled outta bed every day and I just have to go create the things that I'm creating.
Yeah.
And I actually enjoy it. And so the 16 hours or the 12 hours or the 20 hours sometimes, like that amount of time, is doing things that I actually love to do where I'm in my green zone.
Yes.
Things that make me feel expansive. 'Cause I could never work that hard, that long, that consistently if I was doing things that drained me every day.
No, we can't.
Yeah.
I believe that when you are existing within the energetic vibration of your passion, nothing can go wrong.
Right.
So you're gonna have some shorter days, you're gonna have some longer days. But like we talked about, when you're executing those steps out of desperation or begging or chasing, it's very different from doing it when you're in full alignment. Same here. When I have a project that I'm doing that I'm in love with and I'm so excited about, like I'm planning a, a live event and I cannot wait, I'll work 20 hours a day on that and I'll get minimal sleep that night because I'm so happy and I feel in complete alignment with what I'm doing.
Yeah.
Which I think is so important.
And that's the difference, right? Is yeah. Manifestation is not this thing of I'm just gonna do a mind movie, which I love Joe Dispenza and I do mind movies, of course. Yeah. But I'm just gonna meditate and picture the things I want and then I'm just gonna lay in bed all day and watch SpongeBob. Like, yeah, you have to act. Yeah. You have to be intentional about the things that you're gonna create. Mm-hmm. But you have to know where you're going. 'Cause if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you nowhere.
Yes.
Right? And so like, that's the first question I ask in interviews is, what are your goals over the next 5 years? And if they can't answer me, you're not a fit for this company.
Yeah.
Because if you don't know where you're going, I'm not gonna be able to help you get there.
Yeah.
And I wanna help you get there. Yeah, of course. Right? And I just think it's the same thing for us. Like, we have to know where we're going, what we're gonna create. But not be so tied to the outcome. Yeah. Where you get depressed or emotional of, oh, it didn't look just like this, or I didn't hit this number, or yeah, you know, I changed my company to something else, or this company's not working out and I don't wanna let it go, whatever. Not being tied to the outcome, but being tied, uh, being attached to the mission.
Yeah.
And the intention behind why you're doing the things you're doing and the impact that you wanna have. Yeah. Because when you can have that, then it can, the vehicle can change.
Oh, 100%. I tell my students all the time who are manifesting love or abundance to keep their eyes and heart heart and mind open because a lot of times your blessing will throw in, will flow in, excuse me, from an avenue that your brain can't even conceptualize. People will think, oh, this money or this funding is coming from this one source when in reality, the universe has 20 other sources lined up for you. But if you're energetically blocked and you're not open for it coming in for your highest good, you could actually miss your blessing.
Yeah, no, it's so true. When I was, you know, 'cause I finance commercial real estate and real estate investments, my company does, And I've— a lot of our clients are fundraising all the time. They're raising investments. Like, people like yourself, they have money, they have wealth, they wanna invest, um, but they're focused on their business so they can invest passively into real estate developments or, um, via projects and things like that. And so I've been looking at a couple of different funds to align with on like partnering with and being a general partner in these funds with operators that I really believe in and trust and that I would be able to put my own money in and then also guide other people who are looking to invest and, and trust, you know, to advise, not advise, but make the connection for them to do the same.
Yeah.
And like, as soon as I made a decision, this is the power of manifestation. There's a quote that says, when you make a commitment, the universe conspires to assist you. And as soon as I made a decision of like, okay, I'm gonna partner in this fund, I believe in this, I'm all in on this.
Yeah.
Literally I got I got 6 messages in, I think, less than 48 hours of, hey, I'm looking to invest equity in a real estate deal. You know, do you have a good investment right now? And I'm just like, okay, I didn't reach out to one person. Yeah, right. But then all of a sudden I made a commitment and God and the universe just started to conspire to assist me and I didn't put out any marketing. So that's like you do the action because I'm always out there building relationships, talking about real estate, educating like it is my business. So I'm doing the action. But then I also did the manifestation of this is what I wanna create, this is aligned with my true north.
Yeah.
And then all of a sudden, these opportunities started arising that was beneficial for all parties.
Yeah, it's so true. And if I could kind of wrap up what you just said in a sentence or two, it's funny that you say, I actually have such a quarrel with social media right now. The word manifestation, so many people tend to think, like you said, oh, you just close your eyes and wish for a million dollars and poof, it appears. And that frustrates me to no end because manifestation is backed in biblical scripture, it's backed in statistical data through neuroscience, and people putting out a completely wrong perception and misinformation about it actually deters people from learning about something that could radically change their life. So in my definition, I tell people manifestation is not some new age woo-woo concept that's heavily rooted in mysticism. It is the execution process in which you create your reality.
Mm-hmm.
It is identity-driven reality creation, because whoever you believe that you are will manifest on the outside. And I have students who come to me all the time and they're like, oh, I'm affirming all day long that I'm a multimillionaire, But if internally you're holding an opposing energetic vibration and an opposing identity— so say that you're shouting all day long, I'm a multimillionaire, to try to convince yourself that you have the money, but internally you're still operating from the vibration of lack— the lack is what's going to manifest. So I tell my students, you'll never be able to outmanifest who you believe that you are. And like, even the current success that I've had, the relationships that I've built, it was not able to collapse into matter and come into fruition until I elevated my identity. Yeah. I did all the work, I did all the techniques. When I first learned about manifestation, I would do these methods. It sounds so funny now looking back where you script out something like 33 times for 33 days for 3 months.
Mm-hmm.
But it's like that was never going to allow me to out-manifest the fact that I still believed I was a broke single mom. Mm-hmm. My identity was not yet aligned with the wealth and the community building and everything that I currently possess now. And it would've never came in if I didn't buckle down and do the internal work. So yes, we can do like fun external things and affirmations. And I have some science-backed audio tracks that I listen to. Every tangible step that I give my students is backed in neuroscience. So that's something about my brand is really just demystifying manifestation. I'll never tell you to do some crazy 20-hour manifestation routine and shout affirmations because your external reality, regardless of what you do, it's a reflection of who you believe that you are.
Mm-hmm.
And until I started believing I am worthy and deserving and capable of living a beautiful life, That's when it flew in. It didn't flow in when I was like shouting out something 77 times for 7 days, right? Mm-hmm. Because it all comes back to who you believe that you are. So that's something that I wanted to kind of ask you as well along your journey. I know you mentioned when you were younger, your parents had kind of unconsciously at no fault of their own, put that paradigm of scarcity and lack onto you. What do you think is the number one looking back limiting belief that you had or something that held you back that was opposing to your desires that maybe your parents put onto you or that you just developed when you were younger, but you no longer believe right now? Or was there any like repetitive dialogue around money that your parents told you that you had to overcome? Yeah, it was so many.
It's what I'm like trying to, trying to decide. But it was just that money doesn't grow on trees and it's a very scarce resource and we don't have it.
Yeah.
And so, guys, still some of my friends and people that are close to me still make fun of me 'cause sometimes I'm like, you're rationally cheap with things.
Yeah.
Like I'll go blow, you know, way too much money on something. I don't know, not blow, but if it's something that I believe is an investment, like a mastermind, I'm like, $100,000, write a check, you know? But then I'll be like, uh, like, I don't wanna, or, you know, turn the, or shut the fridge.
Yeah. Yeah.
You know, shut the fridge.
That's so me.
Yeah. Yeah. Cuz my dad would always like, don't leave the fridge open. Dollar bills are flying out the window. Yeah.
It's ingrained in there for sure.
Yeah. Yeah. So these like little tiny things that are so minuscule, minuscule, or like turning the lights off or running the AC, you know, at a, a higher temperature in the summer or whatever.
Yeah.
And so, that was really the thing that stuck with me that I still catch myself.
Yeah.
And then beyond that is just like the, I am unworthy.
Yeah.
You know, I think I still grapple with that because I've gotten a lot better now, but it's just like, now I understand I am worthy. The old beliefs and the thoughts still come up of like, oh, you're not good enough, or you're not smart enough, or you're not capable enough, or, you know, 'Cause I'll say things as like, I wanna help a billion people. I wanna create a billion dollars of wealth and I wanna share that with other people and like these things. But then the thoughts creep up as like, yeah, right. You know, like you're never gonna do that. But even if I don't, I'm probably gonna do more than if I was just like, oh, I'm not gonna create anything because I can't do it. Right? And so—
Of course.
I think, yeah, I think that creeps up is the self-doubt here and there.
Yeah.
It doesn't creep up enough to stop me because I know, I know everything great. Like a year and a half ago, I was terrified of being on camera.
Okay.
And Robert Kiyosaki pushed me to start the podcast. He's like, I'll be your first guest. I'm like, okay, well I can't say no.
You can't say no.
Yeah. And so, but you could've never caught me dead on camera.
And now you're an absolute natural. Oh, thank you. Yeah. And it's because your brain rewires through repetition. Most people don't know that. They fear the unknown, not because it's not achievable, but because it's not familiar yet to their nervous system. So if you're now 100 episodes in, it makes sense that you feel more comfortable than ever.
Yeah.
And to kind of riff off what you said before too, not to like coach you in any way, obviously you're incredible.
No, I love it.
But what you mentioned, it's so common, so many people when they come up against a new goal or a new arena in life, those external thoughts start to come in and they'll say, who are you to create this? You could never do that. Just stay small. That goal's not possible for you. And even though you've attained so much success in life, I applaud you for being transparent about the fact that those thoughts still come in. And what I tell my students is those thoughts are not the truth. They are simply a neurological echo of your childhood programming.
Right.
So what you wanna do when those thoughts come in is remind yourself, okay, it's okay that you're here. I know why you're here. You're a neurological echo of my childhood programming of scarcity and criticism and lack, but I'm not gonna choose to believe you. I'm not gonna embody you. If the thought doesn't align with where you're going, I like to imagine each thought is coming in, like in my mind, it's like a riverbed going downstream and each thought comes in on a lily pad. And if the thought does not align with my dream life, I don't shove it down, I don't push it away, I don't act like it's not there. That's actually the worst thing you can do. I just let the lily pad just go on down the river. I don't grab out and pull it and make it a part of my home. I just let it pass on through.
Mm-hmm.
Because no matter how much internal work that you've done, we have, what is it, like 72,000 thoughts a day. So you're gonna have those old subconscious and neurological echoes coming in. Even myself, when I've set my goal on, you know, the next thing in business or whatever, I always have something come up like you do that's like, "Who are you to do that?" I just had a huge speaking event and before I found myself getting really nervous, but on paper, I've like, I've attained plenty of success. I'm gonna kill this. But you still have that thought come in that's like, "Who are you to do this? What if you fail? What if you mumble? What if you mess up?" And you just have to remind yourself that that's not who I am. I'm not gonna believe it. I'm not gonna embody it. That's simply a neurological echo of the past. And then you choose a different path.
Yeah.
But no matter how successful you've become, even Robert, I'm sure at times he has a thought come in that doesn't align with his dream life or where he's going. Nothing's wrong with you. That's simply a neurological echo of your biological programming. It's— you've done nothing wrong. That's how we've been hardwired for hundreds of years. So it's going to take that time and effort and awareness to step in and rewire it. But even if we both attain hundreds more millions of dollars, I think the thoughts are still going to be there. But it's just what do you do with them? Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. And that's what, um, when I was learning meditation, and it was just that thing. It was, I think I studied a lot. I think it was Joe Dispenza that said this, but he said, it's not, we're all taught, I think therefore I am.
Yeah.
But it's incorrect. It's I am, therefore I think. And so being able to separate you, your I am, your soul, your being from your thoughts.
Yep.
And understanding, just like you said, like the lily pad.
Yeah.
You can observe a thought that goes through your head and not, and because it starts with a thought and then it turns into an emotion. Yeah. Emotion turns into an action, and then that turns into reality. Yeah. Right. And so if you catch it at the thought, which, which is why awareness is such a big thing, because so many of us, we don't even have awareness. We're operating off of our subconscious beliefs and, and our programming. Yep. And we're not intentionally creating anything. We're unintentionally—
On autopilot.
Yep, exactly.
But without your awareness, for so many people, they're unconsciously manifesting, as we mentioned, a reality that they don't desire. Because they're unaware that the programming is even there.
Yeah.
So I know something great for your viewers too, as well, if they're listening and they're like, what even is my internal subconscious programming? What does that mean? I would say get out a pen and a paper and write down everything in whatever key areas that you are desiring a change in your life. So for most people, my students will come to me and they wanna manifest love and money. I'm sure for your clients, it's mostly money, abundance, generational wealth. Write down what are the top 5 or top 10 things I was taught with my influences growing up? What did your parents say at the dinner table around money and love and wealth? Maybe if your parents were in a toxic relationship, you learned that love was not unconditional. It came with toxicity. It came with anger, depression, criticism, and really connect those puzzle pieces mentally of what you were taught and what was repetitive around you in childhood. And you'll be able to put that mental picture together and then really have that blueprint of how you've created your reality, even though it's been unconscious in the background. The first step to anything is awareness and just guiding you to the fact of how you actually have created that reality.
And then what do you do from there? Like once you have the awareness, awareness, right? You start to say, like when I was getting over my eating disorder that I had for many, many years, my eating coach, I have a coach for everything.
Yeah.
But my eating coach— I love it. Was like, okay, have the awareness of what your thoughts are when you look in the mirror.
Yeah.
And I didn't even know, I'd never paid attention to this before, but it's just like every time you look in the mirror, pay attention.
Yeah.
And then I would look in the mirror and I would realize that I would be like, you're ugly, you're fat, you're like whatever, right? Like negative thoughts. —yeah. And then she's like, "Okay, and then when you have the awareness that you think that, instead of getting upset and turning into emotion of I'm depressed or I hate myself or I'm just gonna stay in bed and not go out because I'm insecure, whatever, just change it, acknowledge it, love it, no big deal, don't get emotional about it." And then just say the Hawaiian thing, it was just like, "I love you." Ho'oponopono. Yeah, ho'oponopono. I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
And just give yourself a hug.
And I thought it was so silly, but it was so, it was so amazing because now it became a trigger every time I looked in the mirror. Yeah. It ultimately ended up becoming, I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. So like even now when I wake up, cuz I did that so much.
Oh, that makes me emotional. Yeah. I love that.
I did it so much. I get in the mirror in the morning and I'm just like, I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. And it rewired my brain. Yes. And now I actually have that compassion for myself. And then now those, uh, you know, urges and the eating disorders gone because I healed through that and rewired my brain. But yeah, like, for this— I know this is an eating disorder show, but for you saying like to write down your subconscious programming or like what in your life doesn't look like what you want it to look like— yeah, like, from that point of awareness, what is the next step to be able to start to rewire the brain and start to actually manifest and create the things that you want?
Yeah, so a few things. And first of all, it's so crazy hearing that. I applaud you for being so transparent about that because sitting across from you and even just the small amount that we've gotten to know each other, you are such a beautiful person. And it's crazy to hear that the things people internally struggle with is not something that someone externally could ever, whatever, question or whatever, assume. So I applaud you for being so transparent about that.
Thank you.
Um, but yeah, I'm not sure if you know, I love that you've done mirror work because we actually have statistical and neurological data to prove that when your own two eyes visually look back at your own reflection in a mirror, whether it's a little handheld makeup mirror or a full-length mirror, that is actually a direct gateway into the subconscious mind. So rather than you just going out and about throughout your day or being in the car repeating affirmations, when you look into the mirror and you reaffirm who you are and what your beliefs are, you are recoding your identity in real time. So the best thing people can do rather than just, you know, shouting affirmations throughout the day is every morning and every night when your brain is in the theta brainwave state, that is when your subconscious is highly reprogrammable and highly impressionable. So the first few minutes that you wake up and also the first the last few minutes, excuse me, um, at the end of the night. Most people call this the state akin to sleep. It's right before your brain drifts off into a deep REM sleep. Those are the top two times of day to rewire your brain because your critical analytical thinking mind is not running the show. So when you are just operating on a day-to-day basis, your brain is operating in the beta brainwave mode, and your conscious mind takes up 10% capacity, but your subconscious takes up 90%. And the subconscious is where you hold all your beliefs, your assumptions, your identity, and and essentially who you believe that you are. So if you could start every morning, just a small little tip for your listeners, to walk up to the mirror and really look back right into your own reflection and affirm what you do desire, even if you're not at the place yet to believe, I'm a multimillionaire, I'm so beautiful, things that you'll have resistance towards, you can at least start with the fact, I am worthy, I am deserving, I am capable of attaining my dream life. I might not know every step or every avenue or exactly what to execute,, but you can start to set your intention on a better life and on that uplevel. And I know we were talking off camera a little bit earlier about, uh, the Bible and just God and everything kind of in addition. But I tell my students, this is not surface-level motivation. This is in the Bible. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. And so many times we think we're just gossiping with our friends, right? And we're like, oh, I hate how I look today, or I'll never be wealthy. Your brain is attaining that information and it's again, confirmation bias. It's looking for evidence to prove you right. Mm-hmm. So every time you say, I will never be wealthy, you lose a client, you pop a tire on the way to work, an unexpected expense comes in. Those things are not random. You have primed your brain to look for external evidence to validate the claims that you're telling it. So in the mornings, if you can wake up and get into the mirror and look right back into your reflection and start to recode your identity— I'm worthy, I'm deserving, I am abundant. And you know, at the beginning it does feel a little, you know, maybe fake or phony the first few days, the first few weeks as you're doing it because you're recoding. Decades worth of internal programming.
Yeah.
You're gonna feel some resistance, but the brain rewires through repetition. So day after day after day, and you will start to build those new neural pathways.
Yeah. The, the language is so, so, so important. When I was working with my energy coach, he said that same thing. 'Cause I would say, I suffer from this, I struggle with this.
You're funny.
I am this, right? Yeah. And he's like, cut that out of your vocabulary immediately. Immediately. Yeah. And he said, if you wanna reference it because you don't wanna lie and you wanna share a story, Like historically, you know, I have experienced this or struggled with this.
Yeah.
But now I do not, like I'm doing this. And so there's that, that we don't wanna lie to ourselves because that like lying about affirmations, just like you said, is to say something that you truly don't believe.
Yeah.
This doesn't get any help anything.
Yeah.
But to affirm in the direction of what you really want and what you like, something as simple as I love you, you are worthy, you are capable.
Yeah.
Like you're strong. Like those types of things that start to build that self-confidence and keeping those promises to yourself.
Because those aren't a lie. You are worthy.
Exactly.
You are deserving. And most people think they have to attain something externally to be worthy. I have to have the relationship, I have to have made a million dollars, and then I'll be worthy. When the truth is you're already innately worthy simply because you exist. And if you could start to believe that everything else externally that you desire, it will flow in. But it starts with, you know, the internal change. And I know you had mentioned this as well, a little bit along your journey as well. You are known for, uh, sharing that you read Rich Dad Poor Dad and how it deeply changed your personal relationship with money. I'm all about money mindset. Um, so how did reading that really change your perception on attaining wealth when you came from that childhood with such a background rooted in scarcity?
Yeah, because Robert Kiyosaki teaches that it's skills that make you rich.
Yeah.
Right? So skills make you rich, not money. 'Cause when you have skills, you can make money.
Yes.
And then when you have money, you then you can invest and you can build wealth and all of these things. Skills are the primary thing. And so I was like, okay, I can learn skills. He didn't say it's natural born talent that can make you rich. Like it's skills. So how do I learn skills in order to become rich? So that was the first thing. And then you can, um, build, become rich and build wealth from buying assets.
Yes.
So acquire assets, not liabilities. And the way you acquire assets is by acquiring skills.
Yeah.
And then you use your skills to acquire assets and then you let your assets pay for your liabilities so you can enjoy your life. And so, yeah, it just gave me, gave me a lot of hope. Like, it gave me hope that I don't need to be given a silver spoon. I don't need to come from a different family. I don't need to go to a private school. I don't need to have a Harvard education.
Yeah.
To be able to create this life that I wanna create. And it was just that lifeline of hope for me of like, if he can do it, he's telling me I can do it.
Yeah.
And so I'm gonna do it and I'm gonna, I'm gonna do it at all costs and whatever it takes.
Yeah.
And that's why it shifted for me so much. And then, you know, the fulfillment thing came later and him and I talk about that. Inner battle and that inner journey. And, you know, he has his demons and he's very open about his own, um, and the fact that money in itself doesn't buy happiness. And so when that other lesson that was very important to me later on in life from, from other teachers, uh, came about for that healing the inner stuff, like, I feel like to create the life that you want, you've got to do the inner work. Like, you have to do the child work. You have to forgive. Your fricking parents. So you have to forgive your siblings. Yeah. You have to forgive your exes. Yeah. And most importantly, you have to forgive yourself. Yourself. 100%. Yeah. And if you can't do that, all this stuff becomes pretty mute because you're living with this soul tumor. Yeah. And that's a great way to put it. You don't even know that it's in there. And you're searching for all these answers. Like, what's, how can I do this tool? How can I hire this coach? How can I do this and this and this? And you're operating with a cancerous tumor in your body. And by the time you notice it's there, it's stage 4 melanoma and you have 2 days to live.
Oh, that's such, that's a crazy way to put it. Yeah.
Yeah.
In relation to that, so what would you say looking back, if you could talk to Hannah 15 years ago and she was struggling with everything that you've shared about, what advice, knowing the life you've lived now, would you look back and tell her? Would you give her the blueprint to where you're at now? Would you let her figure it out? Would you say it's gonna be okay? Would you advise her to not be as critical on herself? Yourself? What do you think if you could, if 15-year-old Hannah was right here, what do you think that you would tell her today knowing everything you know about building a beautiful life now?
Yeah, don't be so hard on yourself. Like it's just, I was, I was really bad to myself, you know, very, very, very self-destructive.
Critical. Yeah.
Yeah. Um, but I'm grateful for everything and the way it played out. I, I probably didn't have to suffer so much. Yeah. Like I probably could've gotten through it a little bit easier or sought help and not try to do everything on my own and be so self-reliant. So I still struggle with that. Like I've become so self-reliant that I just don't even, I don't even see the opportunity.
Yeah.
For a real deep connection with a life partner.
Do you sometimes feel like your ambition is kind of overshadowing the connection that you could have because you're, you're such a go-getter? I know some men can be intimidated by that. Obviously you're confident now in who you are, but do you feel that, that sometimes can overshadow maybe a genuine relationship that, you know, your heart wants?
Yeah. The, the ambition, the things that, that I wanna create. Like, there's so much I wanna create and I always have been like that. And so, you know, there's always priorities. What are your priorities in time? And yeah. And then just again, that, uh, that I still have that subconscious programming of, yeah, you really can't trust anybody. Like you can, but you gotta be self-reliant. You have to be able to take care of yourself. Like don't rely on anyone too much. And so, So I know I have that. Um, and I was always like that growing up too. It just became such a, it was such an isolating life. Yeah. Because I refused to lean on anybody. Yeah. And so now it's, uh, you know, now we can't create a business without leaning on people. Like we have to have our team.
Relationships.
Yeah. Yeah. We have like, everything's about relationships and I have so many incredible relationships. Mm-hmm. But like, you know, that relationship, that like life partner relationship is one that it's still a little bit, I mean—
I feel like that's very common with overachievers. A lot of times, I had a very hard time even hiring my first few employees because I wanted to do everything. I wanted to make sure it was perfect. They're not gonna know how to do it like me. And once I was able to share that vision with other people and they shared in the overall vision, oh my God, I couldn't do it without them now. Right. But I think it's hard to, especially at the beginning, kind of out, I know it's a romantic relationship, but outsource what you need to for the greater good because people like us who are very ambitious, we want to do it all alone. Yeah. And I think sometimes that can be our downfall.
Yeah. And I've been very good at delegating and building teams and doing all of that now in my business. Um, but yeah, then it's just, I guess it's, I don't know, I guess it's just where's there, where's the space for like anything else in life outside of just work and just business? And that's where it gets a little bit blurry for me sometimes because I'm just like so determined. Yeah. But I do understand that I might look up in 15 years and I'm like, oh wow, well I built a great business, but I I don't really have anybody in my life.
Yeah. And I wonder if you, again, not in any type of like educational coaching way, but I— Oh, give it to me. But I wonder if you like flipped that thought, right? Because confirmation bias, your brain believes what you tell it and not only believes it, but it will seek the evidence of it. So if every day you say, I'm so single and I'm alone and I can't trust anybody, you're gonna find more people that you cannot trust to confirm the bias that you have. So what if you switched that thought and you started to think, what if there's a male version of me out there? Because there's the female version of you. There's gotta be the male counterpart who's super ambitious and loving and kind. Maybe they've just been waiting for you to show up and they can't wait to love you, but they're energetically blocked because your internal bias is, I can't trust anybody. So the men who you can't trust keep showing up. But if you were able to flip that and think, you know what, I don't know who it's going to be, what pathway they're going to come through, what connection— maybe it's a friend of a friend— but it's never our job to micromanage how or when or where the thing comes in. It's our job to set the intention on what we desire. So getting super clear on the characteristics of that partner, how they're going to make you feel, the dates you want to go on, what you want to build together, and then how and who it is, allow that to flow in through any avenue possible, but really setting your intention on what exactly you desire and more importantly, believing it's possible. 'Cause I'm sure you have some—
Yeah, I know exactly what I want.
Okay.
I just don't know if it's real, you know?
Oh, 100% it is.
So I like, I, I'd like to believe it is, but I just haven't, I just haven't met anybody that—
Do you have any relationships in your life that, I mean, obviously social media these days, another quarrel with it, a lot of things can appear very fake. Fake. People can have beautiful relationships online, but they're fighting in the background. Do you have a genuine example in your life of people you know in person who truly do have a genuine bond and a good relationship you could look up to?
Yeah, I never thought that a relationship could be healthy, like a, you know, with a significant other, because yeah, I never saw it.
Okay, growing up, so you didn't have the physical proof, right?
I didn't have the physical. So for me growing up, I thought, uh, marriage equaled prison, pain, anger, fear, not love, judgment. Like kids equaled burdens, expensive, annoying, causing trouble. So, you know, family wasn't exactly a positive word in my vocabulary.
Yeah. That's your whole paradigm right there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah. So it, and I'm acutely aware of that.
Okay.
But a few years ago, my best friend Macy, I post her on all my pictures. She invited me to her family vacation. Now I go on all of them. I call 'em my adopted family. Me. But that was the first time where I saw a family, and they're from Wisconsin, like a Midwest family.
So cute.
And, you know, I grew up in Scottsdale, so very superficial. And yeah, a lot— even wealthy families I saw, like, didn't have great relationships. Yeah. Um, and so anyway, but yeah, I was out on a boat in a lake in Wisconsin with her, and her siblings and her parents were just laughing and loved each other so much. And I, I actually cried, like, I had one little tear. I'm not a crier, but I had, like, one little tear dropped down. I was like, "Oh my gosh, like—" It's out there. It's out there. Like, it's real, you know? So, I hold on. I see, I have hope that that's real. But I do think it's rare.
Oh, 100%. And I can tell you firsthand experience as well, not to dive too far into my story, but just to give you a little ray of sunshine. I'd love to hear it. I was a single mom with my son for 11 years. And I recently just met my partner. We've only been together a year and a half. But like, a man that I didn't even think existed. Total man of God, so kind, so sweet, supportive, wants to see me shine, like not competitive, like loves my son to death. And I had been through a few, quote, toxic relationships before that where, looking back, I just needed to learn those lessons. But I just thought that was the only type of man that was out there. Did not even think this type of man existed. Like, I wrote down what I wanted in a partner— kind, honest, empathetic— but I was like, oh, it's just only in the movies. Like, it's just a dream, it's just a wish.
Yeah.
And when I really set my intention on it and I started priming my brain to believe that I was is worthy and deserving of that, and there was an energetic match out there for me. I met him like a year and a half ago, and he's blown every expectation out of the water. And just monetary aside, like, the most supportive partner. And it is— it literally is like in the movies. Like, you— that totally exists in real life. Yes, it's rare, but I also believe that we attract in a carbon copy of who we are. So the fact that you are so ambitious and you're so kind and loving and empathetic, I feel like there's got to be— I know there's a male counterpart out there who's gonna match what you have. There's got to be. 100%, there is. But when you start believing you're believing it, I feel like that's when it's going to flow in. Because if you have that internal blockage and limitation of, oh, it might be nice to have one day but it just doesn't exist, the universe will prove back to you, you're right, it just does not exist. You have to start believing it's out there somewhere, and at the right time it's gonna come in, right?
Yeah, I believe it's out there. Yeah, I'm, I'm manifesting. Yeah, but I'm also okay if I stay alone forever, you know? It's like, whatever.
You know what, manifesting is one of my talents, so I'm gonna, I'm gonna put it out there for you.
You know, people say that when you are really happy and you don't need, you're not looking for a relationship and you're, you're super solid, like that's when the right person comes. Yeah. And I'm like, I feel like it's the opposite. I feel like I'm so happy that I'm not, yeah. Like I don't, uh, you know, since I've been so happy and so fulfilled and so energetically aligned and all that is how long I've been single.
Oh, okay. Interesting.
Like when I wasn't, I was in a relationship 100% of the time. Yeah. Back to back to back. I was in single because I needed, I was like looking for it. And they weren't, you know, the best relationships. They, everyone got a little bit better and I learned more and more. I was the common denominator in all of them. And I started to realize, okay, what I don't want, what I do want in my life and creating that. But yeah, since it's almost like the more I've learned, see, and this is kind of the price in my opinion, and it's not really a price, but kind of. Yeah. Of the more conscious you become, the more successful you become, the more kind, the more aligned, the more like— the better you become as a human all around, the fewer there are people like you.
Yeah.
And so that's where it's kind of the price. And people that say like, oh, it's lonely at the top— and I don't want to say that because it's not about being at the top, but it's like as you elevate your consciousness consciousness, you realize that a lot of people are very unconscious.
Yes. And have you heard of the quantum crumble or the quantum purge?
Mm.
Okay. So this will be great for your audience too. Um, I choose to believe in this concept and it is when you are on the journey of that rise in consciousness. So whatever you currently have in your life right now, you are an energetic match for. So the friendships, the quality of your physical health, the romantic relationship that you're in. But when you learn all this new beautiful education and you set your intention on an up level, you start your rise rise in consciousness.
Yeah.
And the people around you, the jobs and the relationships, if they're unwilling to rise with you, they have to fade away.
Mm-hmm.
So a lot of times people will come to me and they'll say, oh, I just set my intention on manifesting my first million-dollar year, but then I lost my job. And I'm like, that's okay. You're on your rise in consciousness.
Yeah.
God has another beautiful, better job around the corner for you that you can't even, your brain can't even conceptualize yet, but it's got more time off and more benefits. Or someone will say, yeah, I lost my best friend of 10 years. Obviously that's never the goal. You want people to rise with you, but I've had a few things kind of relationships as well, like fade out because I've been on this beautiful journey in my own personal rise in consciousness. But everything I've then attracted, like how you mentioned, it's lonely at the top. I think it's lonely at the top if you believe it's lonely at the top. Or you can believe there's a huge party going on at the top and I can't wait to get there.
Right.
And my new best friends are there and my new business mentors are there and my new connections are there. Like people say like, oh, money doesn't buy happiness. I don't necessarily agree with that because the money is the resource. It is the vessel that allows you the time freedom to then generate the happiness. Like it's all, it's all internally connected.
Right.
But I think everything externally down to every last word is a complete carbon copy of the internal belief. So if you believe once I attain 8 figures, it's gonna be lonely up there, it's gonna be lonely up there.
Right.
But if you believe my new best friends and my new business besties are up there, I can't wait to get there. Total different experience. It's all a mindset.
It's so true. There's a quote that really hit home for me and it says, of course everything is falling apart. The price of the life you want is your old one.
Yeah. Yeah.
Um, yeah. Or of course you're, everything is falling apart. The cost or the, the life you want will cost you your old one. Yep. And so I think it's so true is everything that we want is there. Right. And, and even as I, uh, evolve as a person, as an entrepreneur, as a leader, as a friend, um, and just as an individual, people fall off. Yeah. But I know, but, but then, but more people like the right people. Yeah. Appear all of a sudden. So it's not this perfect, like, right away thing. There's these periods of where you might feel like everything's falling apart, or you're losing people in your life, or, you know, why is my business not doing well, or whatever. Well, it has to end because what you're really meant for has to grow. Yeah. And you have to empty the cup in order to fill your new cup.
Right. And what you have coming is 20 times better. Yeah. If you have your vision and your intention set on where you wanna go, I divinely believe, like, every time I've set my intention on having a bigger year or X, Y, and Z, like a certain goal in business, I've met new connections, new business partners, people for the podcast, new friendships that before I wasn't even close to the energetic vibration of calling them in. But as I've done the internal work and I've been on that rise, oh my God, the most beautiful people have come into my life that I didn't even expect.
Yeah.
It's crazy. Yeah.
It is crazy. It's when you live in flow instead of force, everything just starts to come to you.
Yes. And that's, uh, that reminds me of a really good quote as well that I share a lot, which is that desperation repels, but alignment attracts. Mm-hmm. So when you're desperate for, I have to manifest 50 grand by Friday, I can take an educated guess. You're never gonna get it because you're living in the energetic vibration of desperation.
Right.
But when you're in alignment with serving and your mission and sharing your talents and your gifts, it's gonna flow in 3 times as much as you thought because now you're operating out of alignment.
Yep.
Just super important. Um, so I wanted to kind of ask as well, in terms of mindset, you manage an incredible $2.5 billion pipeline. So walk me through, I know you've been transparent about the fact, uh, with your energy healing and how important the mindset and personal growth is to your overall business success. What do you think is the mindset difference between someone who wants to manifest and attract in their first million versus billion?
Yeah, well, I'm manifesting and attracting my first billion.
Let's go.
That's my life goal. Start it done. And really, 'cause I wanna give it all away. I wanna master the game of life and be able to create the biggest impact I can. So again, back to not tied to the outcome, come, but just tied to the mission. So, but I can't speak to that yet 'cause I haven't done it. But I think, you know, it's the abundance mindset. Like if you want to, like there's just no option. There was no other options. Like I'm going here, I'm going to create this.
Yeah.
And I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get there while sticking true to my values. And so you just have to think, Like it's just different levels to the game making. I feel like making your first $100,000 is the hardest.
I was gonna say your first mil, my first million was the hardest.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so it's, uh, because you're, you're starting from nothing, right? And so it's harder to, to get, you don't have the relationships, you don't have the resources. Um, that's why starting companies is so hard because you don't have a whole C-suite and your whole team and like all these resources. But once you start to make some money, the biggest shift for me is I could start to invest in my education, my networks.
Yes.
And so it became a matter of who, not how. Mm-hmm. And so once, like, if you're going from $0 to $100,000 or $500,000, like anywhere in that range, uh, you kind of are the who. Yeah. Right. A lot. You have to just like figure it out. Yep. Now we have this amazing world of abundance and now we have AI that could teach us things immediately and give us access to all these things. Yeah. Um, and there's podcasts and YouTube University and like, yeah. So many free resources from incredible people that we didn't used to have back in the day. But I think that's the difference is just starting to shift from who, not how, right? And so in order to continue to grow and scale, you have to think that. So it's like, if I wanna create a billion-dollar company or a billion dollars of wealth or feed a billion people, it's not gonna be a me game.
Yeah.
It's a we game.
100%.
And we have to figure out who are the people that are aligned with what we're creating here, that we can win together and we can go create this. And then it's an infinite game.
Yeah.
Because there's no restrictions.
Yeah.
On what you can create. And just like Tony Robbins is wanting to feed a billion people.
Yeah.
And he brought in all these other, uh, you know, foundations and they're all coming together and they're all doing that together because they're all aligned with the mission. And so I think that's the most important thing is not trying to figure out. Because if you try to figure out how to do everything on your own, you can't. You can't. There's no way, right? Yeah. It's like, I interviewed someone who started and sold a, a huge tech company. He's like, I've never done a line of code in my entire life. Yeah. Right. But you have to delegate out. Yeah.
Yeah. But at the beginning too, it's funny hearing you say that. I think my first, my first 6 figures, 100%. But my first million, oh my God, I was grinding. I was hustling. I was operating from that energetic state of exhaustion. I didn't have a team. I didn't even have my executive assistant yet. You have no blueprint, you have no— yes, you can look at others and think, oh, I'm going to emulate that in my own way. But when you don't feel that you have the tangible resources, the monetary compensation to get a team, I feel like at the beginning it's your most hustle and grind period. And then when you build the relationships and you have the resources, everything can kind of come into flow. But at the beginning, I feel like making my first million was harder than the second. 100%.
Yeah. But when you're a startup founder and you're bootstrapped, dropped.
Yeah.
You, you, you've raised no capital. You have no plan B. You have no, like nothing to fall back on. I mean, you don't have any resources.
Yeah.
So your resources are just what's available online.
Yeah.
But you have time and you gotta put in your time to grind and to create things. And then you gotta take your money that you've made and then you have to try to make smart decisions with that money to continue to grow and not lose it. Right.
Yeah.
And start from zero. And so, I mean, you talk one employee, That's $100,000 a year.
Yeah.
Like for a startup founder, that's a big risk.
That's a lot. Yeah, of course.
Like, what's the value that they're gonna bring? 'Cause they have to bring more than that amount of value, right? And if you make a bad hire, you could blow through. And then when you multiply that and you have to hire a whole team.
Yeah.
And you have all that risk. And so that's why it's so hard. But once you get the momentum, it's like most planes crash during takeoff. Like most issues happen during takeoff. But once you have your momentum and you're in the air.
So true.
It becomes easier because you you can hire better people, hire better talent. You have access to bigger rooms, more resources. You can invest in marketing. You can invest in good technology and all these things. And so that's why the beginning is just a, it is a grind. Now if you're living in alignment and flow, you can enjoy the grind.
Yeah.
But it's a fricking grind. Like anybody that says it's, it's not a ton of work is delusional.
Yeah.
But we can be delusional in the direction of actually enjoying the work that we're doing. Yeah.
Right, for sure. And that brings up a good point too. I wanna ask, like, did you come up against any resistance? I know for me personally, I grew my business organically for many years. Only within the past 2 years I've hopped into paid advertising, and at the beginning I had some resistance towards it. Am I gonna make this money back? Is it gonna be a well worth it investment? $50,000 for a mastermind. Obviously we know now that we need to be well connected, pay to be in those rooms, get that education. Like, relationships are everything. But did you ever have any resistance just due to your childhood scarcity programming and mindset? Mindset, uh, when you first started the business of, I need to pay this amount of money to make this back, to get this return back. Do you believe that investing in those coaches and, uh, mentorship and paid advertising, like, did you have any resistance when it came to putting your money down to grow the business?
Oh, I still do. Yeah. All the time.
Okay.
Yeah. Because first off, there's a lot of people that'll take your money and provide no value.
Yeah.
So I had just experiences of investing in bad investments, right? Bad people or bad things, or just maybe, you know, I didn't get the right, uh, result out of it because I didn't put in the right energy or effort, or I didn't show up well, or whatever it was. But yeah, the first marketing company I hired, I spent $100,000 and didn't get one lead from it, like not one sale. So—
Oh goodness.
Now I'm like very resistant towards paid marketing, right? But I know paid marketing is, is super important.
Yeah.
To grow, but I still don't do paid marketing.
Okay.
Which I know people think I'm crazy, but I still don't do it.
No, if you can do it all organically, more power to you. I think you should leverage the resources we have if needed.
Yeah.
If you have a great thing going and you don't need it, power to you. Yeah.
Yeah, so I mean, that's one of those things is, you know, you start to get burned and then your perception is that, okay. Yeah, you have that bias. Right, and so I know that paid marketing could be an amazing thing.
Yeah.
And is amazing, but I just haven't done it yet. I mean, I'm in commercial real estate. It's a little bit tough to like run an ad for, hey, let's finance your $100 million building.
Yeah.
Like, it just doesn't really work like that.
Yeah.
But I could be doing marketing for other things that I'm, I'm not. So yeah, I do have resistance.
Yeah.
So I try to just be clear and aligned and energetically like, Yeah. Keep myself, I call it the green zone.
Yeah. Yeah. Talk about the green zone framework. 'Cause I'm sure that my audience as well would love to hear it.
Yeah. So the green zone is what my coach had taught me. And he said there's red, yellow, green, right? And so these are zones of energy. Green is the highest energetic frequency. This is your flow state.
Okay.
So on a scale of 1 to 10, think 7 to 10 is green energy.
Okay.
You know, 5 or yeah, 4 to 7 is yellow and 1 to 3 is red. And so green is flow state. Like think Michael Jordan in flow, hitting every shot he takes. Takes. Every— all outcomes are coming easily. Yeah. Um, time's flying by. You're like as present as present can be. Yeah. Um, that's, that's green zone energy, right? And then yellow zone is where most Americans live. This is your mediocrity. This is your boredom, your numbness, your— it's fine, you're just getting good. Yeah, right. You're comfortable. Yeah. Um, but you're not thriving, you're not exhilarated, you're not in the— that's And then red is your anger, your fear, your rage, your anxiety, your depression, all of that stuff. And so my coach taught me, commit to living your life in the green zone 90% of the time. Yeah, it's good. Because if 90's an A, like in school, you have 90 to 100, it's an A. It's the same thing, right? And he's like, you gotta leave 10% of your life to, to feed, to be in the red zone, to be angry, to be sad, to whatever. Um, because it's life. Life. But if you can die on your deathbed, you're on your deathbed and you can honestly say, I lived in the green zone 90% of my days. Yeah. Then how could you ever have any regrets in your life? Yeah. Like what other goal could you possibly desire in, in your life? Right. Along with all these other things. So all the goals that I have, I have all the goals, but none of them come at the cost of my commitment to living in the green zone. Yeah. And so if, if I realize that this goal is pulling me out of the green zone life, then I need to shift the goal.
Yeah.
I need to delegate, I need to shift, I need to realign, I need to remove it, like something, right? Yeah. And so that is the main priority above all else is like, I will not sacrifice my green zone.
Yeah.
For anything else that I wanna create. And that's what allows me to be able to set these big goals, but I'm not afraid to shift them.
Yeah.
Because I, I pay more attention to the green zone.
That's so powerful. I'm not wanting to live within that misalignment. And if you can feel internally because you've got that framework, oh, this pulling me into the yellow, or I'm definitely in the red today. Allowing yourself to be there, but in such a small percentage, I feel is important too, because something kind of within the manifestation and mindset community that I don't agree with is that you have to be high vibrational all the time. I think you're allowed to feel your human emotions, right? We're here to feel emotions, which are simply energy in motion. It's your body evading, you know, the tears, the emotions. We're going to go through ups and downs in the duality of life, even if we're the best manifestors and conscious creators on the planet. Externally things are going to happen, right, that we have to navigate through. So I don't think you have to stay in a high vibrational state 100% of the time to manifest in. I've manifested some of the best things in my life after coming out of a period where I was depressed or sad. I don't think you have to live in there 100% of the time, but hearing, hey, I'm going to make a conscious effort to live in the green 90%, it's a really good framework.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's, you know, it's— it just helps because when you learn the skills to be able to manage your energy better. It's not like you're faking or resisting or becoming, uh, numb to your emotions at all. It's, it's, you're actually more in tune with your emotions.
Yeah.
But because you are operating consciously in alignment with the things that make you happy and the things that you enjoy, the things that you're really good at, and you're delegating or removing yourself from the things that drain you.
Yeah.
It becomes easy.
Yeah.
To live in the green zone. And then when it's easy to live in the green zone, because you're operating from that state every day and you're doing the things that light you up and doing the things that you love, like this, this is work, but I fricking love it. Like I would do this for fun for the rest of my life. Right. And so like, this is a green zone thing for me. Right. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have— You wouldn't be doing it. Yeah. Yeah. And so that's the thing is people just do these things that they hate because they feel like they have to and they're never gonna get good outcomes in their life. But if you lean into the things that you love, you're gonna create amazing results because you're living in that green zone. And it goes back to the outcome can only be as great as the energetic state in which you initiate the action.
100%.
And there's always storms in life, right?
Yeah, always, no matter what.
Either we're entering one, we're in one, or we're coming out of it.
Passing through, yeah.
Right? And so if we know that that is a fact, that there's always gonna be storms, always gonna be rain and clouds and things like that, and then there's sunshine on the other side, and then there's gonna be more rains and clouds that are gonna come.
Yeah.
And if I can control the way I feel through the storm, why would I not?
Yeah.
If I can feel good through the storm, why would I not? Why does this storm have to be painful? Why can't it just be a storm and I can actually learn to navigate it, see it as an opportunity to get better, see it as a way to learn, see it as a way to grow. And instead of resisting the storm, I can just sail right into it, run right into it, and master the navigation, become a better sailor. And if I can manage my energy through that time, it is difficult, but when you have the awareness, it's like, okay, feeling like crap through the storm isn't going to make it smaller. It's not gonna make it end quicker. If anything, it's gonna make it bigger and it's gonna make it last longer.
Yeah.
So if I can master my energy through it, then bring 'em on.
Yeah, and whatever you focus on's going to multiply. So if you think, again, confirmation bias, I'm going through the worst storm ever, it's knocked me down, I'm never gonna get back up, your external reality will prove that back to you. Or you can simply say, as you mentioned, we all go through the duality of life. There's gonna be ups, there's gonna be downs, and you can only control the controllables. You will have a complete shift, a complete 180, and you'll navigate through that in such a different energetic vibration which really makes all the difference.
Yeah, yeah, I agree. You talk about the Law of Assumption, and I haven't heard of that before. So how is that different from the Law of Attraction?
Yeah, so most people, when they first learn about manifestation and energy, they read The Secret, they watch the movie The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, which came out like 20 years ago. They learned about energy and vibration, which are critically important. However, there are so many other terms— the Law of Vibration, the Law of Increase, um, the Law of Abundance, Law of Correspondence, confirmation bias. There's so many other neurological terms that I feel like are important and just it's not talked about too much, but the Law of Assumption is super simple and it states that whatever you would dominantly assume to be true is the reality that you will experience. So again, if you dominantly believe there are no good men out there, I can't trust anybody, I'll never be wealthy, I will never happily exist in my physical body, you know, you're critical of your physical appearance, again, you're going to find external circumstances to validate your claims.
Mm-hmm.
So with the Law of Assumption, whatever you dominantly assume to be true will collapse into matter because we have statistical data. This is such a deeper conversation, but I'm such a geek on quantum physics, quantum mechanics, which prove that, again, back to your comment about faking it until you make it, you don't have to fake anything at all. Joe Dispenza talks about this a lot. Every infinite version of reality, every infinite possibility already exists. Everything exists like this, like a wave of possibility. And the reality you experience today is what you are an energetic match for. So you simply have to observe. You are the observer and the observer effect. Effect. When you observe by aligning your beliefs and your identity with that higher level version of you that you wanna be, it'll collapse into matter and you will experience it today in the physical plane.
Mm-hmm.
So most people don't know that every infinite version of them, it's already available. You don't have to fake anything. Like you don't— I tell my students like, you don't have to pull out your credit card and go buy a Birkin bag to convince yourself that you're wealthy. Because the truth is, would the wealthiest, most responsible version of you be making an irresponsible purchase to convince herself that she's something that she's not? No, you need to take small daily aligned action steps now that are within the budget, within your current reality to activate your most abundant self. So do an act of kindness, buy somebody a coffee behind you at Starbucks, right? Because then you're quantum leaping into the energy of believing abundance is all around me. You know, you do that act of kindness for the person behind you. And I believe when you do something like that, more abundance is already on the way to you.
Yeah.
But you don't have to go and buy a Lamborghini or try to fake anything. That version of you that you want to be already exists. Exists. And when you align your beliefs and your identity with the version of you you desire to be, it will collapse into matter and you will experience it.
That's amazing.
Yeah.
When we're talking about like high achievers and success and—
Yeah.
Entrepreneurs, like how does somebody actually manifest their dream life in— when they have such massive goals?
Yeah. So this was myself as well. What I did at the beginning, especially when starting my business, or For my first few years of business, I hit multiple six figures. When I really wanted to hone in and manifest and attract in my first million dollar year, I asked myself again, I wasn't faking anything. First of all, I wrote down my intentions on paper. Okay, I wanna manifest a million. But then I asked myself why? 'Cause it's never just the million we want.
Yeah.
It's never the 10 million we want. It's always the underlying energetic vibration, the emotion, the experience. For me, I was a single mom for a decade. All I've ever wanted is time freedom. I worked two retail jobs before I ever built my personal brand. And I was there from 8:00 AM till 7:30 PM. I was missing the whole day with my son. And that was at the time when he was taking his first steps and he was speaking his first words. And I made a commitment when I left that job that I would never ever again go back to a job where I was gone all day because I would miss that with my son.
Mm-hmm.
So for me, uncovering the underlying reason of what you want is so important because your why is what's gonna keep you going. So for me, it's the time freedom with my son. I never wanna miss a birthday. I never wanna miss a moment or a memory. Like even now with my current business, I dictate all my own hours, as I know you're familiar with. So I'm able like on half days to go pick up my son from middle school and go to karate and go to jiu-jitsu and have the weekends off. So for most people, they think, oh, I'll just be happy when I get the money. But it's like, why do you want the money? So uncovering what exactly you want and why. For me, it was time freedom. I know that's for a lot of people as well. Um, creating generational wealth. I wanted to know I had his college set up without having to worry free. He can go now and do whatever he wants in life because he'll have the resources to do so. Um, so I think sitting down and getting very clear on your intention and why you want it is a really great starting point, rather than just willy-nilly throwing out like, I want to be a multi-millionaire. Okay, great. But if I handed you that money today, are you even ready for it? Is your nervous system open and available to receive it if it's never been normalized in your life? What are you going to do with it? Do you have a plan? Most people don't write down a plan because they're brain-dominantly thinks, well, the money's not here, I don't have it anyways. I've always been living in lack, so I don't have a plan. Sit down and make a plan as if it was already on the way to you because then you're opening up the pathway and it will come.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I love that. And if you have a, a good, if you, if you know your why, you can get through anyhow.
Yeah.
And that is so, of course, true that you say that because so many of us, they, this is another thing I learned from my coach. He said, what is the intention behind everything that you're doing?
Yeah.
And I started answering and talking and, and ultimately it came out that it was to try to love myself.
Yeah.
Or to try to be loved.
Yeah.
Right. It was to try to move towards love.
Yeah.
And he said, your intention's all wrong. He goes, as long as you are acting from this state of lack of love, you are never going to attract that love. Mm-hmm. Right. And you're never gonna have it. And so he said, your intention has to be from love.
Yeah.
So like, he's like, you say you go to the gym, you started going to the gym because you wanna lose weight and you don't like your body. How about you go to the gym because you love your body and you cherish this vessel that you've been given and you wanna take care of it and be the best that you possibly can.
Yeah.
And you say you're, you know, building a business because you are afraid of not having money and not being able to have a life that you want or be able to take care of yourself or the people that you love. How about you build a business because you wanna because you love this gift of creation that you've been given, and you want to serve yourself in the most abundant way possible, and you want to serve others in this abundant way. So that shift—
So powerful.
It was every— it was so powerful. I mean, not everything, because there's so many powerful things, but it was so powerful. And so the intention behind everything I do now has to come from love. Yeah. And if it doesn't, then I just don't do it, or I have to recheck myself of like, why am I doing this? And I think that's so true for entrepreneurs and high drivers, is a lot a lot of us, uh, have a deep-rooted insecurity, like a chip on our shoulder, right? That's why we have this incessant desire to build and grow and accomplish, achieve.
Super common.
Right, it's so common. It's like almost everyone I interview, they have that chip on their shoulder.
Yeah.
And so it's difficult because we end up creating a prison in pursuit of our freedom.
Yeah, wow.
And because our intention is all wrong.
And it's such a powerful reframe too. I'm, I'm grateful that you shared that. I feel like we have a lot of similarities that we could get into later, because in a few of my prior relationships relationships as well. I struggled with my body image and just believing growing up, like in my teenage years, I struggled really bad with believing that I would only attain a relationship or unconditional love if I lost weight and I was prettier and I got the hair extensions and I got all the things. I really struggled with my image growing up. But hearing you say, that's such a powerful reframe. Instead of, can you love me to make me feel worthy? We should actually be seeking out the healthy, kind, compassionate partner for ourself because we first love ourself, like you mentioned. Mm-hmm. Like, let me attract, let me set my intention on a good partner who will improve my life because I deserve healthy love, rather than this partner will complete me and I'm only gonna feel validated if I have this partner in my life. I feel like especially for younger listeners, it's such a powerful reframe, 'cause in your teenage years, even into early 20s, you do think, and it's put onto you by society, if you just attain this man or this wealthy man or this hot attractive guy, then you're gonna be worthy.
Yes.
When in reality, me, you deserve someone with all the kind, compassionate, loving, truthful qualities. Because you love yourself, you're doing yourself a gift and a service of attracting in someone amazing, not the other way around.
Yep.
So important.
It is so important.
Yeah.
Yeah. And when you find— you know, I, I realized in my past I was just attracting relationships that matched how I saw myself and the level of worth that I had for myself, right? So that's why, like, now I'm like, I will not settle for or, um, anything less than how I see myself. And it took me a long time to become the kind of person that actually was deserving— not even deserving, but just become that person that I actually wanted to attract, um, in order to attract it. So, and it's the same in your business, right? In your team, in the people that you attract, in the partners, the mentors, the coaches, like anybody that you attract, their friendships. Everybody you attract in your life is going to be a direct reflection of the worthiness that you have in yourself.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I would love to ask as well, just kind of veering off, I end all of my interviews with this because I'm the mindset and manifestation queen. I know we've talked about it a little bit, but what would be your definition of manifestation? And I know you hustle and grind, you're doing the crazy long days right now to build your business, and you've done an impeccable job. Do— how would you define manifestation? And do you truly believe internally that you have manifested your success? Do you believe that you've grinded your way to success? What would be your kind of internal definition of that if you could put it in other words?
Manifestation is just setting your heart and your mind and your soul like all aligned with one, and your body and your actions. Having everything be aligned and having a very clear direction of your true north and knowing it with all of your, I have a 50-page true north manuscript for everything in my life. Yeah, I love that. So like that, I know where I'm going and I know what I wanna create and I relentlessly get there.
Type A?
I do. Yes.
Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. I'm type, I'm type A, but I also like, I delegate and all these things. Yeah. I'm, I'm fine with that. I'm not like a control freak by any means. Yeah. Um, but I like to know exactly what I want to create. Yeah. Because I don't, if, if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you, get you nowhere. Mm-hmm. You know, I'm not just gonna go drive in my car and drive with no destination on my map. Yeah. I'm not gonna go anywhere. Yeah. Right. And so it's the same thing in our life. Is that's manifestation, is saying I am going here, I'm here, I am here, I'm aware that I am here. Yeah. And I am going there, and I am going to figure out the path to get there. And yes, I do believe that I've manifest everything in my life because I have. Yeah. You know, I said I was going to be— I told my brother, uh, I told my dad when I was 6 or 7 at the McDonald's that he wouldn't buy me an ice cream, told him I would be a millionaire. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, so I accomplished that. Told my brother, he said I'd never amount to anything, told him I'd be a millionaire by the time I was 30. You could accomplished that beforehand. You know, I've said I was gonna start companies, I've started companies. I like anything that I've said I was gonna do, I just did. I told my brother I was gonna buy a one-way ticket to Hawaii and move and quit my job. I did that in 30 days. Like pretty much anything I've set my mind to, I've just done it. And I just don't go back on anything that I say. And if I make a mistake or if it's not what I want or whatever, then great. And I'll leave it and go do something else. And continue to stay aligned with what it is I wanna create. And that shifts. And I don't believe that we have to have all the answers and be like, yeah, like I know I said this is exactly what I, where I'm going and what I wanna create. That can shift. And that's okay. Like I have no ego around, okay, this business idea didn't work out. I'm not gonna do that anymore. Whatever. Um, and, and, or even leaving relationships. Like I think winners are quitters. Yeah. And I think quitting is a part of, uh, success and like being able to quit and get realigned with exactly what you wanna go and—
Very powerful.
And create that.
And do Do you think anything is off limits? Do you think there's any one thing? If I were to tell you, can you create $100 million or—
Yeah.
Whatever it may be, XYZ. Do you believe that the— personally, I'm of the belief that the only limitations we have are the limitations we impose on ourself. So why would you ever do that? Like society, social media, your friend groups, people are already so critical and they always, they wanna put you down so much. So I'm of the belief, don't ever add yourself to that list. You gotta be your number one cheerleader. Like why would you ever add yourself to the list of your biggest haters? Like society and social media already do that so much. So much. So I guess I just wonder for you, because you have achieved so much success tangibly on paper, do you believe— do you truly believe that anything is possible? Or could you ever maybe hear a tangible goal and your brain might think, oh, that's not possible for me? Like, do you truly believe you can do anything?
I truly believe I can do anything.
My girl, I love it.
I mean, think about it, we exist.
Like, just the fact that you exist, what is it, like a 0.001 In trillions, you know, the odds.
I mean, human life, Earth, space, galaxies, creatures, species. Like just the fact that life exists proves that anything is possible. So when people are like, oh, that's not true, that's impossible.
I'm like, do you realize— Yeah, for you, 'cause you're trapped in that cage. Don't put me in there.
Yeah, like you have flesh and blood. Like where the hell did you come from?
Yeah.
And you're saying that this is impossible, that you can go make a million dollars or build a company or have a baby or have, be married to an amazing person. Like, of course it's possible.
Yeah.
Yeah. So no, I don't, I don't think there's any limitations.
Yeah. I love that. Well, I love that you shared so much that obviously you've done incredible externally building your businesses, but the fact that you've been on this internal personal growth and transformational journey, I feel like will be so beneficial to my audience as well. In addition to the business success that you've had, realizing how important that internal energetic vibration is, would you say that's 10, 50%, 90%? How much of your overall success would you accredit to the internal work that you've done?
Um, I would say they're, they're equally important. I lean towards the energy and the manifestation, the personal development side more because it feels better, right? It makes the success feel better. Yeah. But the first, you know, the first million was pure grind. Yeah. Like there was no alignment, there was no joy. I mean, I was manifesting things things that I was creating, but more subconsciously. It wasn't in this like abundance, uh, way or this skill set way. Yeah. And so it was just pure grind. So, and I know people that purely grind and they become very rich. Yeah. And they build big things, but they are miserable and empty inside. And so you can get there, like on paper, build wealth by just grinding and being a miserable human. Um, but who wants that? Like, I don't want that.
Yeah. And what I wanna say to that is my students will tell me as well, like, oh, I went and got 10 side jobs and I've been waking up at 3 AM and I've been grinding and I've been burning out. I have no time with my family. But when you do that, the abundance and the wealth and the success you desire, it actually seems to be farther and farther away. That's because burnout does not vibrate at the same energetic frequency as abundance. You're in a complete misalignment.
Yep.
When you think you need to do more, when in reality, if you did less and you were simply in alignment and you believed you were worthy and deserving of it and you allowed it to flow in, rather than externally, you know, grinding and hustling. Like, yes, we all know if we get up, we take the external action, you go to work for a 9-to-5, you're going to get a paycheck. Mm-hmm. It's one way to wealth, but it's not every way. And I think there's such an easier, shorter way where you can collapse that time. Yeah. And you can start believing that you're worthy and deserving of it, and it's gonna flow in 10 times faster.
Right. Yeah. Yeah. And the, one of the biggest parts of wealth is relationships. And if all you're doing is in the weeds of to-dos and tasks, you're, you're not able to spend the time to build the relationships. And yeah, real opportunity is built when you become an insider, and you can only become an insider when you have the inside relationships. And you can't build the inside relationships if you're stressed out all the time and you're horrible to be around and you're just doing tasks all the time. So completely agree. School of Hard Knocks— you follow him, right?
Yeah, of course.
Okay, cool. Um, I'm not as good as him, but he's awesome, so I like to end with his questions. Some of of them. Okay, what's the number one thing you attribute to your success?
Identity. The mindset. Who I believe I am. It far trumps any external action I've ever taken in my business.
How old were you when you became a millionaire?
I made my first million at 32, and I just turned 35. Okay, awesome.
Very cool. Uh, happy birthday. Thank you.
When's your birthday? Uh, it was back February 13th, the day before Valentine's.
Oh, super. Okay, cool. Happy birthday. Um, what's the book that rewired your brain the most?
Ooh, uh, I'm going to say there's two: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza and Becoming Supernatural. Because I was someone who was very realistic and statistical and logical growing up. When people started to talk about manifestation and rewiring your brain, I actually didn't believe it until I saw the statistical data on paper. So in those two books, especially in Breaking the Habit, uh, Dr. Joe does these retreats all over the world where they actually put devices, like measurable devices, on people's brains and and they scan the, um, the effects before and after meditation and visualization. And we have all that statistical data now to prove that you can rewire your pathways. So seeing that on paper made me, with my own two eyes, believe it was possible. And then I actually started to implement it in my life because I had that research to back it up. I'm super into, like, being spiritual and the woo-woo side of things, but also seeing on paper that it's real and that anybody can rewire their brain was a huge game changer for me. So if anyone needs their first book to dive into manifestation, I would say Breaking the Habit.
Those are two of my favorite books too. Yeah, they're absolutely amazing. We're like long-lost sisters. I know, I love it.
I'm like, we could chat about this for 9 hours.
Yeah, and we will at dinner after this. So, um, biggest manifestation myth that you've ever heard?
Oh, that manifestation is woo-woo, New Age, rooted in mysticism. Manifestation is actually heavily rooted in biblical scripture, and a lot of people come to me and they'll say manifestation goes against God God, if you position it in that way, right? There's people on social media which have a heavy misperception of, oh, you need to light a bay leaf and do a spell and shout out something 333 times. If anyone has ever told you that's what manifestation is, I deeply apologize on their behalf because it's completely incorrect. But everything you could ever need to know about manifestation is in the Bible verse, as a man thinketh, so is he. And whatever a man asks for in prayer and believes he has received it will be done unto him. So externally, all you need to remember is that everything you experience in the external realm, it's a reflection of who you believe that you are. It's not woo-woo, it's not spiritual. Whatever terminology you align with is fine, but we're all manifesting 24/7. You can't turn it off, so you might as well become aware of it and direct that energy towards the dream life that you desire, because you're the only one holding yourself back.
Yeah. Yeah.
And what do you know for sure that most people are still questioning I think that when you live in the vibration of your passion, nothing is impossible. The people who still hold those deep-seated internal beliefs of the fact that money doesn't grow on trees, money is unavailable for me. A lot of times people will say, oh, the economy is so bad, we're in a recession, I can't manifest wealth right now. The economy and the recession has no effect on the amount of wealth and abundance you can manifest in unless you believe it does. If you believe it hinders you, it will hinder you. I had a a real estate, um, a student of mine who's in real estate and her boss came to her and said, well, I just wanna prepare you. We're going into bad economic times and a lot of people aren't buying right now, so you're not gonna get much commission this year. And she chose to completely negate that. And she chose to hold the internal belief regardless of the economy. People are buying houses every day.
Mm-hmm.
They're moving every day. People are relocating for their jobs every day. And she did not let that negative statement and that negative perception affect her reality, and she sold the most houses she ever has within that calendar year, even when the recession in the economy was so bad. It's only so bad and it only affects you if you internally believe it does. Everything goes back to your internal belief about yourself. So that would just be the number one thing anybody listening can do immediately is start to reframe those beliefs about yourself in the most positive manner.
Love it.
Yeah.
And wealth can't get destroyed anyway, it's just transferred. So whether it's a good economy or bad economy, it's just changing hands.
Yep.
So.
It's transfer of energy. Yeah. Yeah.
And all they do is print more money. So there's more out there.
Exactly. And money isn't even real. We're spinning on a floating rock. Okay. Exactly.
Nothing's real in the middle of expanding nothingness. Yeah. Yeah. Truly. Um, if you could send one text to your 20-year-old self, what would it say?
You know what? It's gonna be a carbon copy of what you said. I would probably look back and shed a tear and just tell her, don't be so hard on yourself. Don't be so critical. You're gonna figure it out. And it's funny, my guest right before you, Lindsay, actually said this. I asked her a similar question and I said, would you give give your 20-year-old self, you know, the blueprint to get to where you are now? And she said no, she needs every life experience that she's going to live to figure it out on her own. And she actually wouldn't give her like the golden key. So I think before I heard that, my answer would have been, okay, you're going to do this, this, and this, and you're going to be fine. But in reality, looking back, I think I would say just enjoy the ride, enjoy everything that comes. It's going to build you into who you're meant to be, and you do make it out on the other side, and you're going to be okay. Yep.
Yeah, I love it. Enjoy the ride.
Yeah, I love that.
Last question. If you could leave one message to the younger generation, what would it be?
I think what I just said, that the only limitations you have are the limitations you impose on yourself. So the best thing you can ever do is be delusional, radical internal self-belief. Don't ever cap yourself. Don't ever have that limit. If you have a mission and a talent and you know you're meant to do something in this world, even if externally you don't have the support, you don't have the proof that it's possible, You don't even need the proof in your physical 3D to know that it's possible. You need the internal vision. Yeah. Because we create from the 4D, we create from the imagination. If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands. So even if no one in your family's ever created generational wealth, bought their dream car, uh, purchased a home, you can be the first if you believe you can. Mm-hmm. So I'd say the number one thing you can do daily is increase your internal self-belief.
Love it. Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right.
You're always right. Yeah. And I was actually gonna ask you that, uh, last question as well as we wrap up here. It's almost a carbon copy of what you had asked me, but if you had your teenage self here in the room and you could leave her with one message knowing all the success that you currently possess, what would your answer be?
You can create whatever you want in your life.
Yeah.
Yeah. And you can actually enjoy the journey.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It doesn't have to be miserable.
Right. It doesn't have to be miserable. And I thought that it had to be miserable to get there. There and then some there, I would feel better all of a sudden. But like, there is no destination. The destination never comes. You might hit goals and this and that, but this thing that you think you're going to feel someday when you get this other thing that you desire is just not real.
Yeah.
And so many people spend their whole life working towards that thing in the future that they don't have. And they're really good about being here and wanting to be here and thinking that when they be here, they're going to feel different and better and happy. And all the things.
Yeah.
But just enjoy the journey because it's not about the destination. It's about who you become along the way. And actually having fun while you do it. It's not to say don't work hard and it's not to say that it's not gonna be pain. It's not to say that there's a ton of challenges and risks and loss and all the things, 'cause there is. But you can ultimately control your energy and stay aligned and enjoy the journey.
