Hannah Hammond describes coming from a family with limited education and money and explains that this motivated her to pursue entrepreneurship and building wealth. She taught herself using books (notably Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and online research, and decided to focus her efforts on technology, real estate, and investing because she lacked mentors or a network to teach tactical skills.

So I was born into a family that didn't have a lot of education, didn't have a lot of money, and I knew from a really young age that I wanted more for my life. And so I really dove into entrepreneurship and building wealth and utilizing technology to try to learn, because I didn't have a mentor or a network to really teach me those tactical skills. And Rich Dad, Poor dad was the first place I started. And then we just kind of started compounding from there. Luckily, I was born in the world where we had a computer, and I just did research, like how to build wealth, how to get rich, and everything pointed to real estate and investing in companies. And so that's what I decided to dedicate my life to.
