What are your non negotiables in business? To me, it came more with experience. And you can start to cherry pick as you become more successful and more desired and more busy and things like that. But it's hard for me to let go of opportunity to make money. So I've been mistreated and taken advantage of by a lot of clients. You know, in the beginning you're like, I'll deal with this asshole because it's my only client, you know, but then now I'm just like, you know what, it's okay to say no. Some of the best deals in life are the ones you don't do. Because if they don't have integrity and so they're asking me for my commission, they're not respecting the work I do. They want you to drop a hat and see a property last minute every time, or they cancel all the time, or if they just treat you with disrespect, it's just not worth it. And you have to be treated right and you have to protect your energy. If they're impacting my energy to where that comes across in my other clients and my other businesses and my relationships, then you just got to be aware of that and be able to walk away.
