Arthur Hood talks about storage as an underrated asset class and why the education system fails to teach entrepreneurship. He emphasizes that hard work and perseverance are what actually drive success in business.
Storage to me is one of the best asset classes you got. Diversity of tenants, an apartment, I may have to replace carpet or I may have to do this, that or the other. Storage. I sweep the fucker out and move somebody else in. I think one of the biggest failures we've made in the school system is we just create employees. We do not create free thinking entrepreneurs. So sad. You know, I always go with Fitfo, figure it the fuck out. Ain't a damn thing I can't figure out how to do. You've gotta be willing to figure it out. Put in the blood, sweat and the tears, will work more than Anyone else then 100 hours a week for years before you start seeing the real reward of that lifestyle.
