How did you know going into it that furnished rentals was going to work for you or did you not and just kind of fall into it?

I had no idea. Yeah, I just, it was already furnished because I had been living in the property and I just figured it's, you know, I must be able to get more for it furnished than unfurnished because furniture is expensive and it's a pain in the butt. You know, I didn't want to buy furniture every time I moved and especially as a college student when I was moving frequently. So I figured, let me just see what kind of market there is for it. And I listed the property on Zillow and just manage it myself. So I didn't have any management fees. And what I did was I didn't do like two day rentals. I just did flexible terms. So I would allow 3 months, 6 months, 12 month, 8 month, 4 month, whatever was doable for the tenant. And I would kind of just adjust my rates accordingly. The shorter the term, the higher the rate. The longer the term, the lower the rate.
