Luke Cole Morris built a successful company despite people predicting failure. He says if you're weak at the knees and panicking, the venture might not be right for you. The core is powering through external doubt and committing to the grind.
Was there any point where you were like, I, I, this isn't gonna be successful, or I don't know how I'm gonna get through this, or just some of those really hard times? 'Cause I know one of your core values is enjoy the grind.
So many people were like, this is never gonna be successful. And we heard that a lot, but you have to kind of keep powering through. If you're like weak at the knees and you're freaking out over somebody saying like you're not gonna make it, then it's not right for you.
Right.
Another principle I like every day, we just keep getting better. Just keep getting better. Every day is going to be easier if you just keep getting better. Like stacking every day, stacking a new brick, improving, improving the pitch, improving the platform. Like just keep stacking those wins and blocking out some of that negativity was huge for us.
