What do you think the biggest mistake is that entrepreneurs make when they're trying to scale? Easy. I doubled my business the second I got rid of all the other companies. Easy. Entrepreneurs were so bad at starting new stuff, partnering with other people and little deals. Even if it's a minority partnership, it takes away from your core thing. The second that I went from 5 companies to 2, I went up 10, tenfold. Almost every mastermind I go to, they leave and they're like, oh, I should be doing that too. The people that can scale and that want to make— if you want to make more money, take your thing that works and double down on it and get rid of all the other noise. Stick with the one or two things and just do it so good, better than anybody else. You'll scale it. Yeah, easily.
