Hannah Hammond explains what a billionaire told her: millionaires make money for themselves, billionaires make money for others. The size of the problem you solve for people determines the size of the checks you attract. Success scales through your team, not through you alone.

Obviously, I'm not a billionaire, but what I've heard a billionaire say is millionaires are very good at making themselves money. Billionaires are very good at making other people money. Focusing on the size of the problems that you're solving for other people will determine the size of the checks that you're able to get. And then just who, not how. Can't create anything just on our own. We all have the same amount of time in the day. So really finding those people to come on your team and help you scale whatever it is that you're building.
