A speaker describes a two-hour morning routine designed to hit peak energy before the day starts: wake, hydrate, phone-free walk at sunrise, exercise, set intentions, listen to a growth audiobook. They claim this "green zone" state makes you up to five times more productive.

Here's why it is so important to start your day every single morning in a peak energetic state. Because, like one of my coaches taught me, the outcome can only be as great as the energetic state in which you initiate the action. So if you're jumping into your day already stressed, scanning the fires, not a state of flow, not in a green zone state, and you're in the yellow or the red zone, which means you're anxious, you're stressed, you're overwhelmed, or you're bored or whatever, you're not going to get very good results and outcomes in anything that you do. So I do something every morning called the morning integrity setup, and this may look different for every single person. Mine is about two hours. I wake up, I hydrate, I go for a sunrise walk without my phone. I just listen to the birds and watch the sun come up over the mountain. I exercise, I set my intentions for the day. I listen to an audiobook that helps me grow. And this gets me in the peak state of flow. High energy, super excited, clear, grounded. So I'm ready to tackle and take on the day and put out all the fires that are going to come my way and truly embrace them and not let them destroy my energy or start the day stressed and overwhelmed. So what does your morning integrity setup looks like? When? What gets you in the best energy, the best state of flow, and ready to tackle the day so you have the best results you can possibly have? Because studies show you are five times more productive when you're in a state of flow versus somebody who is not. So talk about a competitive advantage.
