People think entrepreneurship is about being the boss and setting your own schedule and having people work for you. It's the total opposite. Mm-hmm. It's never being off. It's survival. And you work for your employees, you work for your teammates, right? It's never really about like, how are we gonna figure it out? It's always about, are you giving enough love to the people who are performing well and doing exactly? Because that's the biggest concern you may have, cuz you don't want them to leave.
Having that group of friends and advisors that have walked where you are walking in some way makes it just feel less lonely because right as the CEO, your job is to solve all the problems that no one else can solve. So when you have that group of advisors who have either already been where you're at or are exactly where you're at or have their own experience, then they can just help be alongside you and you can, they can help you solve those problems or at least feel heard. Yeah. Because you can't always vent to your team.
