Hannah Hammond recommends three books for personal growth. Becoming Supernatural teaches how thoughts shape reality. The Gap and the Gain argues you should measure progress against where you started, not an impossible future target. Who Not How says find the right people to help instead of doing everything yourself.
Chapters
If you're serious about growing, you have to read these 3 books. Number 1 is Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. This teaches you that your thoughts and emotions control your reality. And when we can learn how to master our thoughts, we can truly create whatever reality that we want. Number 2 is The Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Ben Hardy. We always measure ourselves against where we want to be, and entrepreneurs have a very good habit of being here and wanting to be there and never being there. The Gap and the Gain taught me to measure myself against where I came from, not where I want to go all the time. And that way I can really enjoy the journey and stop and smell the roses and be proud of where I came from while still excited and motivated about the goals ahead. And number 3 is the book Who Not How, also by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy. Instead of trying to figure out how to accomplish everything and learn everything and put it all back on me, instead to shift my thinking to who is the person that I need to meet or have in my inner circle in order to accomplish the goal that I desire to accomplish. Those are 3 books that changed my life. Life and my business. I know they'll do the same for you.
