So what is wholesaling real estate? Wholesaling real estate is when you source and find deals that are under market value and then you assign the contract or you do a double closing to another investor who's then going to renovate the property or add value to the property to eventually send to an end buyer. Let's say you get under contract for 250,000 and then you're able to assign the contract or close on the contract, sell it to another investor for 300,000. You then keep that $50,000 difference.
