Why I Love Doing Commercial And Luxury Deals 👀

When you talk about big ticket items. Is that why you moved from doing residential to commercial?

Yeah, well, my very first deal as an 18 year old was commercial, actually.

What was it?

So it was Moon Valley Nursery.

Really?

Yeah, in Phoenix. It was like a 1.1 or 1.25 acre commercial lot. And I got the lead from an open house that I held. It was some other agent's open house. The open house was like 200 grand and it was in my neighborhood. I walked to it, held it open, one person showed up and it was the owner of that lot. And. And I ended up getting the listing. And then my second deal was also with the same client, and it was a million dollar luxury home up in Schroon, which is now probably 6 million. And then he asked me to get that one set up as a luxury Airbnb. So I learned about furnished rentals in 2014.

Wow.

Started doing furnished rentals back then. But yeah, the first deal was commercial, second deal was luxury. And then that's why I loved commercial and luxury. And the firm, my brokerage, now focuses on those two.
