If you want to buy a million-dollar property with $25,000, it's called a syndication. And here's how it works in 60 seconds. So instead of going out and having to buy your own property on your own, getting a loan, finding the property, managing the project, hiring a bunch of people, all these other things that you have to do, you can invest into a syndication with a very trusted operator who already has teams in place, already has a track record, who's also investing money alongside you. And then they pool together a bunch of investors with each of their $25,000 or $50,000 or $100,000 or whatever that number is that you're comfortable with and that works for them as well. And then all of those returns get distributed to you as the investor based on the amount of money that you put in, and you still get the depreciation and other tax benefits as you would get if you were to go buy that property yourself outright.
