A short motivational YouTube video (by Hannah Hammond) consisting of a brief dialogue between two speakers. They assert that external institutions (from the pharmaceutical industry to food lobby groups) profit from people's brokenness, emphasize that individuals are "the master of [their] destiny," and urge immediate personal decisions and practices (including meditation) as the path to change.

It's not about how much time. You don't have time not to do it.
The reality is that.
There'S forces out there that don't want you healed. There are institutions.
Out there who profit off of your brokenness.
From the pharmaceutical industry to political food lobby groups.
Like there is.
A lot riding on your misfortune and that. Disgusting. But it's real. You are the master of your destiny. That's it. You get to decide. You get to wake up tomorrow and decide what is my future going to be? Who am I going to be in my mind, in my speech, in my actions? What identity do I embody and how am I going to move in the world? And these little decisions that you make, they make a huge difference. My friends, it's not about how much time. You don't have time not to do it. You are spinning your wheels out there on an ice rink because you can't create the traction that you need in your life. Because you're looking for it outside of the moment that you realize that it's all in you. Everything changed.
That's where the road meets the road.
And when you meditate and do that practice, you can create whatever life that you want.
