It's not the skills they lack. The problem is the confidence they lack. The problem is somewhere they doubt themselves. The problem is somewhere they are struggling in their own personal life. Some of you say that reading that I would get into the energy. No, the problem is you weak frequency. You are going through some challenges emotionally. Then meditation is a must. First point and second, you need to probably you can wear a black tourmaline bracelet easily available in the markets. And may you see particular stone recommendations. We will be understanding how many attunement meditation. But right now what you can start with is get up in the morning early. And whatever you believe in, You know, if you, if you can chant om for 10 minutes, just focus on your breathing, chant what you believe in and just do that to begin with. That's all. So for example, if I'm chanting Om, my om should be when I breathe in. I say O and then I release. So while I'm doing breathing, I'm also doing ohm with all that, you know, releasing and going up. Is that clear? So this is what you need to start with. I'm just saying oh, whatever you believe in. But Om is the best you can chant, right? So the breathing. Breathing. I heard somebody saying a very good thing. I said why is meditation. What is meditation about? Is all about, you know, when you are in the present moment and focusing in your breathing is your present moment because. So there's a lot going in your mind. What can keep you in the present is when you focus on your breathing. Because you're breathing in the present, You're breathing in the present. So what can keep you in the present is focusing on your breathing. Mind. I told during meditation, come back, try to go back to. Okay, let's focus on the breathing. And it's a good exercise along with helping you to focus on your meditation. 10 minutes every day you start with this practice. Am I clear? Everybody? Okay, so this is the next thing you need to start also. Now I want you to all of you, all the old members from tomorrow. I wanted to create a gratitude journal. Gratitude journal. And you have to start your morning with gratitude. And even if you feel like so let me remind you, the first gratitude should be thank you God for giving me another breath today. Because every day people are losing their lives. Thank you for giving me another day. The second gratitude should be that you have to thank the nature. The third, you have a house, you have food on your table. You're provided. So you know, stop thinking about that. Understand you have to look at what you have so that it multiplies the day. You start feeling gratitude of what you have, you'll have multiple things to feel gratitude for. The problem is that we focus on what we don't have. And then that multiplies. That is how what is going wrong? So from tomorrow, I want everyone to create what gratitude journal. And I will tell the mentors to ensure that they follow this every day. So you start your day with gratitude. The second I said it might be too soon for some of you, but I want to also write down your goals. And what is the goal? For some of you, you might be thinking, what is the goal right now? For some of you, the goal can be, I want to be a professional tarot card reader. Yes. Those who have just begun the journey. For some of you, the goal can be, I want to buy a house. For some of you, a goal can be, I want to be financially free. Right. I want you to write a tangible number on that goal. By when I will be independent or when do you see yourself becoming a professional reader? Goal with the date is the exact goal. I need you to write a goal without a date and a number is not a goal. Goal with a date and a number is the strongest goal you can make. And I want you to read that goal every single day. You get up and when you go off to sleep, you sleep with the goal. You get up with the goal. Is that a clarity, everybody? Because the more you focus on your goal, the more you wake up with it, the sleep with it, the more you are aligned to your goal. Is everybody clear? So you have to write your goal. Got it? So are you going to start that task clear? I want you to all, once you are sent to the team to share your gratitude journals. The, the COVID the book, be creative. Be creative, okay? Because that is your go. So create a beautiful journal so by this we can get a printout. You can also. I'll give you another idea. Journal. Like you want to buy a car, Okay? Because. And the more you see that journal every day, that is also one way for you to get closer to your dreams. You see yourself, you see your car, you see your house, you see, okay, yeah, I am actually on a trip, enjoying a drink. You know, whatever I'm saying, everybody has different dreams. Now, visualization is what that's going to create for you. So I want everyone to be ready with their journey by this weekend. Because once you add to the team, the first task your mentors will do is ask you to share the picture of your journal. Is that clear? Are they amazing ideas? Do you think they can help you?
