Hi everybody. Welcome to the final day of the big boost. You did it. You made it through. Congratulations. Hopefully being healthy no longer feels complicated. Hopefully by now you realize that all it comes down to is how you eat, how you sleep, how you move, how you love, and how you move through stress. That's it. And that, my friends, is what we call functional wellness. Functionality. Functional health. To make sure I never have to start over, start again in terms of my health and well being, I have created something called a personal relapse prevention plan. I know it's not a pretty name, but I am going to share this with you. So I've linked out to it in the email and you can take a closer look if you like. My recommendation is you create something like this for yourself so that if you feel like you're going off track, all you have to do is pull this up and it will be very easy to see where you need to make a tweak or an adjustment so that you can get back on the road to feeling amazing. So briefly, what makes me feel great, grow healthy and live fully well with nutrition. Intermittent fasting, that was a win for me in this particular boost. I did it more than I've ever done and I feel better than I've ever felt. So I'm going to keep moving forward with intermittent fasting. There are other things I'm going to do in nutrition as well, but I'm just going to highlight one right now. Exercise and movement. Walking. Walking outdoors with my Lulu Bell every single day if I can. I just don't feel right if I don't get in 10 to 12 to 15,000 steps a day. That really keeps me anchored and feeling grounded. When I get my walking in for relationships, I am going to make sure that I keep filling out what I call my wheel of well being. This is what it looks like and this is something I fill out four times a year and it helps me evaluate how I'm doing in certain dimensions of health and life. And if I feel like I'm not doing well, then I really put some time towards those areas. So how is this connected to relationships? It's all about my relationship with myself and how I feel like I'm doing, how I'm contributing in this life. Sleep and relaxation is next. And I gotta tell you, in bed by nine, that really works for me. In addition, I really like my CBD oils and my essential oils, so I'm going to keep doing those things too. I'm also going to try to not look at social media with an hour before bed. I didn't meet that particular goal in this particular boost. But that's okay, because all we're doing at the end of the day is we're trying experiments we're not failing. So it's all about trial and correction, never trial and error. And finally, stress transformation. That is the last area on this document. And for me, I really think it's all about my deep belly breathing. Anytime I'm stressed, if I'm driving, if I'm frustrated, if I. It's all about breathing in for four, holding for seven, and releasing for eight. That really calms me and it really keeps me grounded. So there you have it. That is my personal plan. You can take a look at it, if you like, for more details and think about doing your own plan. I am so grateful and so happy and honored that you chose to do this boost with me, and I hope that you'll share it with your friends. In the meantime, take care. I wish you the best and may you grow healthy. Continue to always grow healthy and live fully.
