Heather Lyn talks about nurturing your heart and managing vulnerability in relationships. She shares personal insights on building healthy connections and discusses upcoming breakthrough programs and community living offerings.
Hey everyone, it's Heather with Prescriptive Living. I am so excited you're here. I have not been as consistent as I like to be with these videos because we're getting ready for a gigantic launch of our website which is going to have all of our breakthrough programs and offers. So I just want to ask for a little bit of grace as this has been going on again. We're going to have great content for you men, for you women, for you, of singles, for, for corporations, for kiddos, all to get the breakthrough in their mind. Will emotions in their heart, in their relationships, remove over 90% of the struggle and get you equipped to get exactly what you're looking for in all of these realms. And we do this really by getting to the root issues that are blocking people from having the experiences that they're looking for. And I really am an expert in diagnostics and in finding the things that are blocking people from getting those type of results. So if that's interesting, be encouraged because this content's going to be available on demand very soon. We also have been looking at property because we're going to have kind of a compound where kids can come in and really learn how to live a very balanced life, be able to experience, you know, farming and gardening and cooking and exercise and spiritual practices. And they're going to learn how to never feel bad about who they are, get tools in their tool belt when life gets tough, to have skills so that we can really minimize hopelessness, despair, bullying, all of those things that can really destroy a person's entire existence and carry with them because they're innocent, they don't know, and these wounds have lasting impact. So we're going to be part of the solution to this whole story and we're really excited. So please join us on this journey with us and we'll do that. The one thing I want to talk about tonight is really going to be the foundational messages to everything that we are about to launch. So I really want to take a minute and just share that with you. It's the most important thing that anyone will ever do to, to protect their well being as they go through life. Part of what I'm going to share is how you can fall in love with people, be completely vulnerable and still not get your heart broken if they choose not to want you back. Now, if that seems like, what are you talking about, stay through to the end because I'm going to get you to understand this, okay? I promise I will. So one of the most important things we will ever do is learn that this heart of ours, right? This heart is the most emotionally fragile organ that we have, okay. And if it is broken, if it is broken, it impacts our health, our well being, our performance, every area of life impact our finances, your impact, our future. It's just one of those areas where it's really important. And the way the heart can get broken is so easily broken dreams, broken expectations, loss of something you love. Right? All of these things. And more abuse. Right? All of these things can absolutely send the heart into a broken place. So it's very understandable. What you want people to get used to doing is really checking in with the condition of their heart on a regular basis. Because being a balanced person really does require nurturing. All the aspects that make up a human, the flesh, the body, our health, our soul health, and also our spiritual journey. And that's a personal journey. And I kind of guide people on options and different paths, but it is very much a personal journey. When you nurture all three of these areas in balance, it doesn't become weird because it just becomes nurturing. All of the aspects that will make up the quality of your life, it becomes very healthy. But. But if it's not something you've been doing yet, it may seem a little off. So when you check in with your emotional heart health, you really want to look at, are you operating more in fear? Are you operating more in anger? Are you operating in love? All of those movements or all of those emotions have movements. Love progresses, moves towards, is nurturing towards everything that is healthy. Right? Forgiveness, trust, healing, cooperation, connection, dreams, goals, moving towards progress. Good stuff. Fear is moving away, so it's just like running the opposite direction. And anger is against. Right. So we know kind of those things. And when you start to check in with where your emotions are at, what movement they're operating in, you can begin to recognize, hey, there might be something wrong underneath the hood. If there is something wrong underneath the hood, it is always because there's an awareness gap, understanding gap, or skill gap doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. There's definitely not. But one of those three or all, maybe two of them, or all three of them are off. And so we got to get those corrected to get new outcomes. These outcomes or experiences you're feeling are not fixed. They just need new information. So we put the new information in. We and we get where we're going. So it's a proven system and it works very, very well. And so we're about to make it on a broad scale. Available to give people the breakthroughs that they need in the areas that matter most. And so what I want to share is how then can you start to have relationship with people? I'm talking about singles right now. Singles who want to have a partner in their life. How can you start to build relationship and even allow yourself to be vulnerable but not get heartbroken? Well, it really comes down to being able to nurture all of the aspects that make up a relationship. I'll link a video in. There's six aspects. Being able to really evaluate if it's somebody that you can truly entrust your most fragile organ with. Right. Trusting your most fragile organ is crucial because you don't want to give this most fragile organ, you do not want to give this thing away to somebody who is not trustworthy to nurture it. So if somebody is not giving you the connection back, they're not giving you the attention back, they're not giving you the interest back, they're not treating you right. There's all sorts of other things that go into it. Then you may like them a lot, but this is someone that you don't want to trust your most fragile organ with because they're going to break your heart. And it really is important to allow yourself to explore connection with people, to see if these six aspects are there and to do it with a lot of people. You can screen who you're talking to, but you want to have options. You want to have connections. If you build your life up into your most valuable state, you're going to have people pursuing you, and you're going to have a lot of options. And they're going to have a lot of options too, if they're quality. If there aren't a lot of options, then I start to go, I don't know, like, that's. I want people who have a line out the door wanting that person because they're so great. And I can tell you, like, it's not a bad thing. And I'm not talking about dating multiple people or cheap hookups or. Or anything like that. I am talking about quality connection and relationship, but being so desirable by really high quality people. When you create this story in your life, then you can really build just the most dynamic relationships, connections, friendships and love stories. And it becomes fun because you only get to the place of trusting this organization, somebody who actually is capable of giving you back what you need. And I did a story recently on my personal Facebook page. I do these. I've been doing them almost on the daily now, but I Used to only do them once a week. There's been a lot going on in my life and I was sharing about a man that I'm in love with. But I never gave him my heart. I gave him my love because I do love him, I absolutely love him. But it was never a place where I could actually give him the trust to and care for my heart. Because our relationship never got to that place. I shouldn't say never. We were in a relationship for about two days and then I ended it. And I don't regret that it was the right thing to do at that time. You know, it was definitely. I was way too obsessed with him and I had a lot of things I needed to sort out and he did too and all of that. So I have no regrets over that. But with that being said, you know, from that time, you know, he has made it very clear that, you know, we're not, we're not there and it's just not it. And so I've. I've never had, you know, I've loved him and I'm vulnerable with him and he knows how much I care about him but. But I don't place any expectations on him that are different than what we have established. It's all very known and clear and so I can love him, I can be vulnerable, I can appreciate him and still guard my heart. It's a thing that is beautiful. It just opens up connection and relationship. But you have to have the awareness, skill, understanding, all working together in harmony. It's what I call the well oiled machine. We make it very easy to operate in that space so you can just have the most amazing connections and experiences in your life and love. So be sure to join us, connect all of that good stuff and cheers to living and loving. Well, we'll see you all very, very, very soon. Bye.
