Trailblazer, first mover. Those are labels we assign all too quickly. The reality is most often than not that there is someone out there who has done before what you aim to accomplish. The perfect match is to bring their experience into your organization. When it comes to matching people, dating sites often come to mind first. For example, eHarmony ranks number one as a matching site. They use two sided automation and self declared data. It has a 0.00004% success rate from matches to marriages or it's just lunch semi manual process somewhat vetted data. It matches with 0.005% success from lunch to marriage. For interim executive placement, neither one comes anywhere close to being good enough. Here a near 100% success rate is required and the goal is an absolute 100%. How can that be achieved? That's the challenge we gave ourselves here at Vendax when we started the business and our solution is called Centacord. It's a matching platform built by sales leadership practitioners that matches on the right role relevant criteria way beyond just industry and location and that uses a proprietary technology platform to identify the perfect match. Traditional executive recruiting starts with a job description and a pencil a one off search every time. Vendex works differently. We start with a roster of fully vetted executives. Each on the roster is described by continuously updated and role relevant data points and by continuous data feed from at least four different sources like LinkedIn websites or blogs. Input into building the executive profile also comes from a variety of sources. We automatically capture and index all content from the LinkedIn profile, the resume, CV, bio and other documents. During a structured interview, we capture and index at least 150 role relevant, role specific and differentiating data points. All are vetted using sales leadership domain expertise, cross profile references and technology. One important aspect the index differentiates between self declared and vetted and verified data since not all data is equal. And finally, wherever and whenever possible is data continuously updated and kept current. The perfect match begins with the prioritized criteria from the client provided during a structured interview. The interview with the client to determine the actual need is based again on using sales leadership domain expertise. It's resulting in 15 to 25 prioritized criteria, not a job description, not a laundry list of criteria. Those prioritized criteria, other company and position data and further details are captured in an assignment profile. The core of Center Court is the matching algorithm, the secret sauce if you will, that makes ven ducks successful. An automated matching of the assignment profile against all executive profiles using semantic search and a proprietary algorithm around, then context weighted data Again, not all data is equal. The result is the one perfect match for the client needs. And why do we call it center court? Well, in a tennis tournament, the center court is where the best players meet.
