The first one is write it down, right? Don't just put the matrix in your head, write it down. Because then it becomes reality and you will talk about it in a very consistent way every time. I'm not talking about writing it down and putting a price sheet in front of the client, but write it down so that you say your pricing the same way every time. Right? If your range for a day a week is between 7 and $10,000, you should always say it the same way. Remember what I said earlier about what clients hear? Do they hear 7 or do they hear 10? You want to say it the same way every time, Then accept that it can change. Your ICP changes, your new benchmarks come out, or you find yourself not being able to secure clients at the rates that you have set for yourself.
