When you start your business as a solopreneur, most everyone starts out doing everything themselves, including the things that I call running the business, like keeping your books, scheduling meetings, setting appointments, paying bills, sending invoices. But you can outsource that. And there are really only two factors to consider. The first one is you have to pay somebody when you outsource. But if you outsource low value adding work, you can often find somebody that you pay 30 or $50 an hour. Help with this admin task. And now you can turn around and monetize the same hour for 200 or 300 or $400.
