A founder built a seven-figure business while keeping flexible hours and protecting time for relationships and joy. The talk pushes back on the startup myth that success requires burning out.
Somewhere along the way we got the message that building a business means giving up everything else. But that is just not true. You don't have to hustle 24 7. You don't have to be available all the time. You don't have to miss school, drop offs, the holidays, the slow mornings just to be successful. I have built a seven figure business working very flexible hours, traveling overseas three to five times a year. Not because I'm magic but because I designed it intentionally to support my life, not to take over it. And I've seen so many other women do the same with businesses that reflect their values, energy and their season of life. Yes, building a business does take massive effort, but it shouldn't cost you your health, your relationships or your joy. Success isn't about how much you sacrifice, it's about how well you align with what you build and how you want to live. Don't trade your life for your business. It'll never be worth it.
