Comparison is a thief and a liar

Let's talk about the sneaky silent killer of confidence comparison. It's not just a thief, it's a liar. It tells you she's doing better than you, that her business is more successful, that somehow you're behind. But what it doesn't show you her late nights, her failed launches, her fears, her five year head start. You're comparing your real life to someone else's highlight reel. And that is never going to be a fair fight. So the truth is, you are on your own timeline, your own path. And it's unfortunate, unfolding exactly as it's meant to. So next time, comparison creeps in. Pause and come back to what you're doing. Because your journey is something that you should be proud of.
