Feeling swamped by a never-ending to-do list?

So one of the things that I do, I park everything on my list, and then I will move it one thing at a time over to other people's lists so that it's manageable and can get done with that. Otherwise, people can see there's just too many things, and then they get overwhelmed and I don't know what to start. So you do one thing at a time. And so that is our role as the leaders of the business, is to be able to do that. And do I have to be the one to do this, or have I got someone in my team that has this skill set already? If it would take me more than 10 minutes to do it, is probably worth doing a loom on and teaching, teaching someone how to do it.
